  • I tore my hamstring a couple of months ago, and I'm finally able to do some exercises to get my strength and mobility back. Here are 5 simple at home exercises you can use to bulletproof your hamstrings!
    1) Bridges: 4 sets, 10-15 reps
    2) Single Leg Bridges: 3 sets, 10 reps each leg
    3) Bridge Walk Outs: 3 sets, out & back 2-3 times
    4) Bridge Sliders: 3 sets, 10 reps
    5) Single Leg Hamstring Stretch: 3 sets, 10 reps
