I don't think the two's quirks would pair like that. I'd think they'd combine in a different way, like, if their kid manages to make someone laugh, their quirk would be erased until the kid stops looking at them.
Possible combos could be : -erasing peoples quirks in there general area. - looking at a particular target, erasing that persons quirk while inducing laugher. - only causing does in the line of sight to laugh - similar to the first comment : allowing all those in the general area of the user to laugh uncontrollably causing them to either lose control/inhibit/erase there quirk.
I don’t ship them together because Aizawa is so sick of her shit it’s a comical break from the stuff going around. And Ms Joke tries so hard to make Aizawa laugh but he’s just like **please, b e g o n e** It’s funny to see them as friends because Aizawa treats everyone the same and I forgot if Ms Joke and Aizawa went to school together or just met while teaching.
