your gonna be 50% faster than any one in calculating hhhh
man i still can't get over the "A wild Anthony appears" lmao
When I saw the board after you removed the resistor I was like, those pads are gone, but you made me doubt my instinct by trying to solder to it. But yeah they were so gone
I saw the same thing! lol I was like damn, add a nozzle to the heat gun you're touching directly on the chip-sets lol
for those 2-3 pin smd components i usually use just the soldering iron, much easier imo and you have more control... heat gun just for chips with more pins, and a proper nozzle attachment would help
This brings a whole new meaning to “you could even run it on a calculator”
LMAO

"A wild Anthony appears!"
Not gonna lie, that was kinda awesome.
"A wild Anthony appears"
Is a thing that needs to become regular
No reason why it couldn't become a little featurette. He's pretty good at explaining the complicated stuff :)
"A wild Anthony appears!"
Me: *Unintelligible giggling*
I love that i saw this comment as Anthony appeared
Will Linus ever stop?
New video in 10 minutes!
Same here :D I love that scene :D
i fricking wheeesed
Lol
Using literally the largest tip SMD reflow gun in existence for this kind of job.... seems legit.
And trying to measure milliamp accuracy with the powersupply... Yeah definetly no electrical engineers overthere xD
I expected a bit more skill smh

To be fair I'm pretty sure Alex actually went to school for mechanical engineering.
Imagine Frankenstein but instead it is Linus saying “Ay, it’s alive!”

Linus: its a calculator.... .... .... water cooled
but plot twist, its a bomb

2020 - the year nobody needs a portable calculator.
Craig Morrison like, how is there still no graphic calculator app?
XplodingMoJo r u dumb
XplodingMoJo there is multiple. at school we use one called geogebra they have an app
Adrian Gunnar Lauterer ah yes. I remember GeoGebra. Every chapter in my mathematics-book had a seperate paragraph all about GeoGebra. We never used the program and skipped every GeoGebra-paragraph.
1:00 A few weeks ago when the new intro came out I was a little shocked. I watched some old LTT videos recently and thoroughly missed the new intro. Good work on the animation!
i never could remove something that small ... you guys are good
"If anything was going to go wrong, it already would have"
Dude, have you SEEN this channel... Ever?
Yes and I wish not
Anthony’s voice is so smooth it’s like Linus’ scratchy 15fps voice while his is 120
How do I do if I have a ti 82
Call him laggy because he is (voice) cracked
I need more wild Anthony appearing in my life.
It guys look like THAT?!
I like Anthony he has a soothing voice and explains things well
I laughed way too much at “A wild Anthony appears” 😂
This was perfect ! 😂
Don't forget that TI just released an OS update that completely disables all of these programs on CE calculators.
yeah i downloaded game like yesterday they still work
@@charliebaker1427 If you don't update your OS they still work, but they've been encouraging people to update without making it clear that updating will make all of these games stop working. It's not mentioned anywhere on official websites, the only way they've mentioned it officially is in direct interviews/conversations with reporters. Their website even still lists it as an officially supported feature. Also it's going to permanently affect any new calculators people buy since there's no way to downgrade the OS from the latest version. And also, running any programs on your calculator now voids your warranty since it's not an officially supported feature.
MrHatoi TI has been doing it for years... Software updates so that you can’t install ndless, which allows you to play a lot of games, gba emu, and install CAS on a normal TI Nspire (CX)... they put out updates and sell revisions with the new software. But Ndless and other devs have still been able to crack it. People just need to stop updating/buy used ones.
@@MrHatoi so there's even less reason to buy these things.
I say go with Casio equivalents unless you have to use TI. They're insanely overpriced for the silicon you're getting.
Nice timing the “why” with him pressing “Y=“ and then “graph” with him clicking “graph”
I sent this video to my favorite highschool teacher who was an engineer and who inspired me to be an engineer and she showed this to all her classes!🤙🏾
So if I promise Texas Instruments I won't use their calculator they will send me a new one?
It's gotta be a pinky promise
Yep
When your video releases after Texas Instruments stopped supporting side loading things like Doom...
Hey Timmy Joe 😜 good to see ya here 😉
Indeed a shame... no more Doom on the calculator 😤
Only if you update your firmware, and there's basically no reason to ever do that.
