Wow. I was like a child saying ooooohhhhh ahhhhh wow . Oh that looked so good . And the spoon really did look like a sunset 🌅. Lovely video . How about that for breakfast fresh baked fruit loaf . Delicious 💖xx
That looks like a great loaf of Christmas bread.I know you said the recipe is for a bread machine but I think I can easily tweak It for a hand made loaf . Thanks for the inspiration🥰 Richard you do a great job of narrating and demonstrating when you do your cooking videos and Paul your facial expression when tasting the loaf tells me it is delicious 😋
That looks lovely, thank you very much for the recipe, I'll be giving it a go. I use mine to make and prove the dough very often but shape and bake it myself...... could get Paul back out of retirement .... your breakfast now has me hunting through the kitchen for things to eat lol !!
On this side of the pond, the bread machines want the wet first, then the dry. The yeast goes in a divot in the top of the flour and the added ingredients are added by opening the lid when the machine beeps. Still, worth a go. Black treacle (molasses) is easy to find here, but not malt extract. I wonder if it has a different name? But I will look. Thanks. It looks so yummy. ~ Jon in rural BC, Canada
Thank you Richard for another lovely video! I love your enthusiasm and appreciation of your ingredients "a sunset in a spoon"! I really want a bread machine now, I have never successfully made bread by hand sadly. What a nice loaf you have made! Have a great weekend love from Massachusetts!
I just think they're a great invention....I have had consistently great results with this machine. Glad you enjoyed it Sherry, thanks so much for watching 😊
Hiya Richard, appreciated the tips while using bread maker. Do love a toasted raisin bread with butter perhaps not as much as you slathered on lol. Blessings to you and yours Ontario Canada 🐝
Oooooooh, thanks for the inspiration, Richard. That really does look delicious and I definitely need something a bit different for breakfast or tea during the dreary winter months. 🍞 ...and I will definitely try to make buns from this one in the oven, Paul, just for you - that way you won't get in trouble with Richard 🤣
@@RichardandPaul Great as with my bread maker i used to have before i gave it away in the instruction book it said if we had a power cut then we would have to start again.
I don't know which was better watching you make it or watching you two eat it food porn either way going to make this for sure Thank You Richard love these vlogs🌹🍞
Brilliant - but you need to stop these recipes as I am putting weight on just by watching LOL A little tip for you when loading up the Panasonic seed/nut/fruit dispenser: toss sticky dried fruit in a bit of flour before loading it into the dispenser especially if using the delay cook timer - sometimes things can stick in there if you don't. Hope this helps your bakes!
Paul’s expression gave me no doubt this is a keeper of a recipe.
Looks good, I will try it.
Warming on a cold day
My mouth is watering now!!!
"A sunset in a spoon".
I'm not a big raisin fan but once you toasted and buttered your bread.... oh yum 😋!

You never disappoint. Pretty appetizing.
It's a good one! I'm looking forward to trying it again this year.

To anyone living in the USA, try Natural Grocer's for malt syrup :)
Fantastic!

@@RichardandPaul I imagined the taste ! 😋 ty for sharing.

@@RichardandPaul food security and nutrition is a win win 24/7 🏆🙌😋

Lovely

Well, my secret is.... it wasn't butter! We use a cholesterol reducing spread!
@@RichardandPaul oh! Sorry did not know thanx. Have a lovely day 🦔

Thank you Richard looks yum. 😻🙏❤️
Looking delicious and nice texture. I bet it's tasty too. I would like to try slightly bigger size to suit my bread maker.
Yes you could easily increase the ingredients for a larger loaf.
It looks divine! So does your hair.❤️
You're very kind ☺
I wondered if the rest phase saves electricity like the "standby" in the inverters and air/heat conditioners?
I think it is a low power state which applies a very small amount of heat to bring all the ingredients up to the same temperature.
@@RichardandPaul Ah good! Thank you! And what was the temperature for the fruit loaf?
The machine is fully automatic....you don't set a temperature yourself....it does it all for you.
Pimp my loaf! Mmmm....gorgeous looking loaf...and lush locks today. 😁
It's my new do! Thanks lovely.😉
You sure have fabulous hair Richard. Did you get it cut?
Thankyou! I did - i just chopped it myself! I never go to the hairdresser.
I just wondered what happens if you have a power cut. Does it carry on when the power is back on?
Good question but I have no idea. Thankfully power cuts are very rare here.
@@RichardandPaul Thanks Richard. We live in the Norfolk countryside and tend to get quite a few power cuts.
Ah yes. It is a consideration....I'm not sure whether the machine has a 'memory'.....I'll have to investigate!
