I like the unbiased and in depth analysis of all aspects to consider if St. Augustine would be a place to call home. At the time I was living in Connecticut and looking to relocate to Florida. Upon viewing the video, I decided that ST. Augustine was a perfect match for me and reached out to Thomas to assist me in purchasing a home. Thomas is a true professional and goes above and beyond in all aspects of the purchasing process. His strong negotiating skills helped me close on a house of my dreams on Anastasia island.
I've lived in FL 44 yrs and am now retiring (5yrs) in St. John's County. I really like your overview of the area. I am not as fond of Nocatee. Our real estate agent called it the "Stepford Community" and at first did not understand but now I do. I do like all the diversity of areas in our county and I love convenience so I tend to prefer the northern part of the county near I-95. Your community highlights really help people to get a feel for the "fit" of a community based on activities. Nice Job.
They are so new they didn't make the cut on the list yet. I can't technically say what are the best neighborhoods. Though if there is a list of communities by a source I can reference it. I have a video for all those communities asides from Palencia.
Most of them have at least a 45mph rd. For example A1A. It runs through the entire east coast; in town its 25-35, but depending where in A1A it can hit 60
Thanks for the info! Do you group St. Augustine South with St Augustine Shores? Or are they totally different? Where would you personally rank SHores if it made the list?
@@LIVINGINSTAUGUSTINE that's really exciting. I lm potentially looking to move to FL and I need a city environment like up here. I was I initially thinking to moving to Philly because I love the Gotham like vibe with all the historical stuff and St. Augustine gives me a similar sensation but just hot lol. I'm going to fly down and check it out for sure. Do you handle apartment rentals or just homes?
Hi Norelys. Because those things change so often, it's a huge liability for my license to dive deep into. Schools zones change, crimes happen that may make you reevaluate your purchase, and talking about Demographics is a HUGE violation of license law. If you would like I can send you the information on schools and crime through email. Just reach out directly. Trehberg8@gmail.com 904-584-9263
What about bugs. I know it sounds a bit ridiculous but I am very very bug phobic. I can't tolerate bugs in the house. ANY bugs....??????? And particularly cockroaches, do you have then there?
Yea there are definitely bugs. Most communities spray and have pest control. Doesn't bother me much. I wouldn't say it's any worse than any where else I lived. Though I'm not hanging in the swamps

Hey Rodney. Thanks for letting me know that. Any other info I can put in there for the "feel"?
Thank you for this video! St. Augustine is one of my favorite places in Florida! Thanks for showing these neighborhoods and beautiful places to live!
Thank you so much! We got more coming. I'm doing an individual video for each neighborhood
St. Augustine is awesome! Glad to see it!
Thank you! It's a great town
Thanks so much for the info! Superb informative! 🙏
Thanks Daria. Any thing else you want to see covered?
Thank you this information is very helpful.
Thanks Greg. Any other information you are looking for?
Nocatee 🏡 Nice 👌🏽
It is nice. Do you live there
Palencia, Rivertown, Beachwalk , Beacon Lakes ??????

A strange question. I always set up "avoid highways " on my navigator. Any way to avoid highways if you live in one of those neighborhoods?

Hmmm, I think your list is backwards. All due respect, if you really want the experience, butler, vilano, st aug beach and downtown are better choices
Niche.com made the rankings. I don't necessarily agree with how they ranked certain areas
Thanks for the info! Do you group St. Augustine South with St Augustine Shores? Or are they totally different? Where would you personally rank SHores if it made the list?
St Augustine South does not have an HOA. St Augustine Shores is apart of an HOA; which is very low.
Niche.com ranks the shores as #12 on the list
@@LIVINGINSTAUGUSTINE awesome! Thanks!
What town or area is close to Industry Center Road?
If it is right off SR16 it is right in St Augustine
@@LIVINGINSTAUGUSTINE cool. I work in jersey at a UPS and I guess that would be where I'd transfer to
@@samirascarlett ok great! I knew exactly where that is

I would like to see the ranking that included School ratings, crime statistics and demographics have you done one with this info?
