Oh god muggy really, really creeps me out. The voice actor did a seriously good job. In fact all of the voice acting in old world blues do an incredible job.

Muggy was always my favourite of the Sink's personalities. He just clicked with me and this has caused me to compulsively collect mugs in the Fallout games that I start. It's a hard impulse to kick for Fallout 3 to avoid weighing myself down with them.
