Whoo Hoo! 2 minutes in, I was able to delete two old phones on the list, I hit "pair" again, and it's working. I didn't have to reset my radio settings. This was easy, thank you!!!

Figured I had to take it in to the dealer and Im sure they would have charged me for a new radio system when alll that it needed was to reset radio. Your idea fixed my problem. THANK YOU!!!!!

All you have to do is open up your center console, and put ANY usb stick in. It will automatically update it. And I will say that again.. it will AUTOMATICALLY update it

This was not the issue my wife's Camaro had, BUT IT ALSO FIXED OUR ISSUE>>>>We were having a problem with the Blue Tooth Disconnecting and pausing in the middle of a song. If you tried to un-pause it , the song would just start from the beginning. It would never play the whole song or get through a whole song. But your fix also worked for this and reset the radio and blue tooth settings I guess. We just used some black USB Jump drive I had and it said it could not find the files it needed....but when I hit cancel and it restarted...>FIXED. Thanks again for the information and maybe my little story will help someone else as well. Good Luck Everyone.
This actually worked on my 2013 Buick La Crosse. I went through your steps twice, it kept saying 'no music found' when I inserted the thumb drive, so I was almost ready to spend $500 at the dealership, but I looked and the bluetooth device list was cleared out, so I added back my phone, and everything went back to normal. I have to give you credit, though I am not sure how this worked!

I tried the reset and it worked. The first two tries it asked for a different passkey but eventually my phone and the vehicle passkey synced and it worked. Thanks very much for this useful video!

I bought my 2013 Cruze Eco in 2014. It has the color touch screen and is Bluetooth enabled. I have never had any issues with the bluetooth audio or calling until last week. I have used both android and iphone, currently using iphone SE. Last week, I began having issues with incoming calls not answering through the Bluetooth, and also (what bothers me the most) audio trouble. I am able to connect music through the bluetooth, it shows what is playing and i can see it playing both on the screen and on my phone, but there is no sound. I am also able to control (pause and skip) both on the steering wheel and panel controls. I have tried disconnecting from the car bluetooth and rejoining it but no success:( I am going on a big road trip in a month and i need my music to work properly! Please help!!!

Subscription to Pandora or Stitcher required. Data rates apply."

All the things shown on your video are correct on My Link on my Equinox. My Android phone is paired and My Link played my Spotify List. Then 2 days later it stoped playing, Blue Tooth is grey on the list of play selections for the radio, but my phone is still paired and I can use my link to answer calls, but it won't play music from my phone??? even though every thing in above video is good???
I have iPhone 15 and I tried exactly what you did and nothing. My last iPhone would work when I just plugged in my phone to the usb but this one doesn’t
