Equinox Bluetooth - Connect Phone to GM Chevrolet [2021]

This is the process i use to connect my phone's bluetooth to my 2016 Chevrolet Equinox. I wish it were easier to connect, but this is the process every time i start the car.
I would be better that if the phone was connected for the first time, all future times would only require the press of 1 button.
Also, not sure if' it's my phone, my car, or every Equinox, but for the first 20 seconds after connecting, the audio makes a popping noise in and out. After that the sound quality is fine.

Sometimes mine also gets hung up on Connected for Calls too. You can see at 1:16 it says Connected for Calls, then a second later it says And Audio.

Just saw watched this video, I know it is delayed, but I also have a Chevy Equinox and I paired the Bluetooth on time and it has stayed paired ever since. I do have to turn it to Bluetooth on the radio, when I get in but that's it.

Not sure. I've just done it with my Equinox. Sometimes it's slow though. Like it takes 45 seconds before it lights up. Sometimes it seems like it just won't connect.

I just purchased a 2021 Equinox and it took the dealership over an hour to get my phone to connect via bluetooth. Once I disconnected at home I have not been able to get it to reconnect. Very disappointed. I can use it via a tether but that defeats the whole purpose of bluetooth. :(

Ya mine's weird too. Sometimes it will just not connect. Then if i restart the car it connects just fine. So it's definitely something with the car, not the phone.

Turn off your radio before you open your door. Will reconnect automatically next time you turn on your car!

Ummi don't think it works unless you have the fancy screen cuz I can't get mine to work, only for calls !
S21 doesn't even have a aux port ! I don't plan on getting a fancy screen, too many screens in life.
