Daily Routine to be healthy
Good morning: Around 5.30-6 am
After wake up: 2 glass normal hot water
Before leaving to 🏃♀️: Drink 1 tea cup Ginger/lemon water
In-between way to returning from jogg: 1 tender coconut
After return from 🏃♂️: last night soaked ( Dry dates+badam+peanuts) [4+4+10 pieces]
Tiffin : eat half stomach(tea ur wish)
Lunch: whatever u wish
Evening snacks: half bowl sprouted [ಕಡಲೆ +ಹೆಸರು ಕಾಳು +ಮಡಿಕೆ ಕಾಳು] around 5-6pm [ Good if fried them together for 1 minute] add turmeric&salt for taste
Dinner: prefer more vegetable dishes with rice +half glass milk(which leads to digest ur all protein intake from morning)
Good night: before 11pm
Thank u satish bhai, for ur early thinking to stay healthy (forget abt six packs.just follow this daily routine). After 21 days go & check ur blood( doctor will definitely appreciate for ur healthy body )
