Interview with Dr. Olivia Adams

Dr. Olivia Adams, or Dr. Toear5 as she's know to the Folkwise Achatemy, was on Folkwise this past week. Olivia's research involves medical mistrust and the online Chronic Vulvovaginal Pain (CVVP) community. We learned about how non-institutional discourses from this community highlight present day inequalities in medical care for marginalized people, particularly women of color, with chronic pain.
