I feel like permanent flight will always come with a heavy cost to the hero. Both storm and iron man have an underwhelming number of buttons to push, and some of the ones they push don’t do anything directly (storm’s aura shift, iron man’s iron form). Personally I love playing fliers and I am more than happy to trade having a fancy and innovative kit for being able to fly forever. I believe fliers like storm and Ironman will always be bare bones, and will require a ton of positioning and game knowledge. I love it.
Hulk is the worst tank by far. He needs to do more damage per melee (maybe make it every 3rd swing is an overhead smash that aoes and does bonus damage for balance) and he needs to at least do some damage when he lands, like Winston in OW.
I feel like this game is heavy on the team up combos, witch I love and no one is talking about. Not just the team up abilities but the actual combo between characters. Like phase setting them up to knock them down.
The fact Storm has separate skills to boost herself or the team are unnecessary. Have 1 still that does both & give her a third attack skill based on ice or fog. She’s literally a floating duck
More unsolicited advice, sorry. But you should consider making "Cozy: Rivals". TH-cam will punish you and the viewers. Example, Regis posts Hearthstone content on his channel, so if i don't watch a couple of his videos the you tube algorithm thinks I don't want to watch Regis anymore and stops sharing his videos with me. If you would like an example of a content creator who does this well check out Ash: Raid, Ash Watcher of Realms, etc... It is no fun to start over and have to wait to get monetized again, but it will help you in the long run. Thank you Sir

I saw games, where Spider-Man was more, than just a nuisance. He was swinging from the side, flanking the team and attacking the supports or squishy heroes. He assassinated someone in three seconds and was gone. It will be the most crucial hero.

Here's mine S - Hela, Punisher, Luna A - Groot, Dr Strange, Loki, Starlord, Magneto, Scarlet Witch, Rocket B - Bruce, Mantis, Magik C - Peni, Storm, Ironman, Namor F - Black panther, Spiderman I'm tempted to put scarlet into B just because hela and punisher eat her alive, Magik would probably be higher if it wasn't for punisher's shotgun, and storm and ironman could see more play once the hitscan warriors get nerfed as well.
After 20hrs of playing I'd say I agree with most of your picks. I'd put Magik in C instead of F, but that's about it. You mentioned this in the video but Magneto with Scarlet is almost S tier. Feels soo strong.
dr strange is a S, cuz you can increase dps by 40% by simply attack then shield then attack, that with a melee attack will deal 250 dmg to people within 5m range in 2 secs, no melee attack still can deal 220 dmg in 40m, but obviously you have to be accurate, but ppl don’t know they can attack shield attack to increase attack speed by 50%
love your videos cozy but i feel like this tier list is kind of all out of wack. was definitely too early for you to make one bc a lot of these don’t make sense over the days as ranked mode has been settling. respect the hustle though

Theyre good but you have to be good. Magik requires you to tp and dance around quickly while BP just needs you to hit easy dash resets. I love Cozy but this list isnt super accurate
The melee characters need better damage or more ways to deal with flying opps. BP kit is shameful compared to the rest of the cast, they didn't even try.

I'm old and not good at shooters, not since N64's 007. Also, Seagull has several not great comments on the game he is legendary. Seagull, to me, earned Legendary status the day he blindsided me from the skyline, cloaked like a shadow nija in the blinding daylight, stole, right from my hand, a FULL COMPLETE Sandwich... They’ll definitely nerf Hela but she will still be great come actual release. I LOVE LOVEEE LOVEEE HELA AS A CHARACTER! She is my top 3 Marvel villains which is saying something because they have some really fun villains in the comics.

I think an easy way to buff iron man is to make his Overdrive give him 100 more max hp, as well as double flight speed or atleast increase flight speed while active. Overdive would also have reduced flight cost. As a trade off, his damage buff is reduced by around half, and he has a 23 second cooldown instead of 20. His passive movement speed should be buffed by around 10-20% and maybe add a dodge mechanic. Dodging would take up some of the flight meter, and speaking of flight, while sprint flying, you can left click to use a repulsar blast. The final changes would be to his team up with Hulk. Instead of a flat damage increase, it would signifcantly reduce all cooldowns and weapon costs. The point of these changes is to make Tony more selfsustainable and make it easier to get into and out of fights. In retrospect, I think that Iron wont need a dodge with faster and more responsive flight
