no they wont all fish will use it they do on any other river so this no different.......soon as you open up the waterways fish use straightaway if the already in the pool.......past few seasons ive seen fish on places that aint seen salmon for a few hundred years in some cases.....now dams weirs are removed....if we removed them all then we could have spcies like sturgeon shads even resurect the houting
