    Ty for this. Also, it’s so important to set an intention like, I now create a field of love that resonates my whole body into perfect health and well being..... etc🥰

    I received my first crystal singing bowls today and I was surprised how loud they are. I’ve been to sound bath before but did not realize that because it was a big room. I love it

    Wonderful video. Thank you for explaining how to play the crystal bowl, especially like how you said, playing it counter clockwise for oneself, and clockwise for group sound sessions.

    Found your video, thank you for sharing? Do you have a video showing how to play bowl in your hand? You mentioned in the video you would "show us" but you didn't?❤ thank you.

    Great video and explanation on how to play a singing bowl. I have two selenite bowls. Question: in the video I was a tad confused on explanations of when to play counter and clockwise. Will you share that with me again?

    • @LeahGuy
      @LeahGuy  6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I don't believe there is a "right way" - but, many people who play use these two guides: if you are playing for others or to send energy out, play it in a clockwise direction. If you are playing for yourself, to bring healing sound inward, you can play counter-clockwise. I almost always play it clockwise and gong in directions to move the sound.

    Hi Leah, where can I buy a crystal singing bowl? I have never seen them in Madrid (Spain) 😕

    • @LeahGuy
      @LeahGuy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not sure where near you - but I'm sure there are international shippers. I don't have that information though!

    Real Tibetan singing bowls are not made of brass. Brass is an allow of 2 metals, zinc and copper. Tibetan singing bowls are made of an amalgam of 7 metals: Gold, Silver, Copper, Iron, Tin, Mercury and Lead each representing a different heavenly body.

      Hi Leah, do you recommend putting any water in the bowls? Just curious I seen a big one at my sound healing events and usually see it filled with water. Just didn't know if maybe it was a bowl where you had to set the frequency with maybe. My set is like the one in this video each bowl is set to each chakra, just didn't know if water was necessary for these?

    • @LeahGuy
      @LeahGuy  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Water aren't necessary for these. I've seen the bowls you are speaking about but don't have any experience with them... But I'd certainly not put water in the brass ones or these specifics chakra bowls I have.

    They are not made of crushed crystals they are made from silica. People dont believe everything people say. Do your own research.
