Just take your time and I'm sure you'll figure everything out! ❤ Also: crowning a character is just leveling up their talents to the max lvl of 10 ^-^ Further explanation: Upgrading a character's talent to lvl 10 requires a special crown item you get from limited time events, this is why it's called "crowning a character". I'd suggest only crowning chars u rly like cuz it costs a LOT of mora and other resources + the crowns r kinda rare. I think u can get by leaving talents at lvl 8 or 9 most of the time!
Great video as someone who has never got to play genshin but heard a lot of it it seems like a fun game so i might try it overall I’m just happy you came back to TH-cam your videos always make my day (sorry if my English suck it’s not my first language)
Don't worry, the number of mistakes any genshin player made is huge. There even was a trend in hoyolab where ppl shared some most obvious misconceptions about the game they had. It is confusing at times, especially when it comes to many nerdy details, like artifacts and their stats, reactions, etc. But you can figure it out if you ever want to. However, it is not required, as for me. You can play with not the most optimized builds and be a-okay :)
it took me so LOOONNGGG to even LEARN that the main stat can be different or the same fore some. that only one artifact type is element bonus. some stats are flat and/or percentage
Yeah... I don't farm artifacts. Or am too lazy to. But I still manage to clear all the maps. I'm a completionist. At day 250-ish, I no longer have a map to speak of. Everything is 100%. Everything gone including the buffer chests that you're supposed to keep finding AFTER completing a map. Friends asking "how did you even complete Inazuma?", or "You're done with the desert?!" are usual. I literally told them I just walked around, killed, walked around some more... They also ask me why I have nice crit damage and rate ratio, and which domains I farm for artifacts. The look on their faces when I asked "what's farming for artifacts?" 😅😅😅I just slap on whatever it is that matches to the mood, and we're done. I don't see the point in suffering. Seriously though, the game isn't hard. It just needs patience. So in the end, it's not the meta that dictates how you enjoy it. It'll always be personal preferences. Talking from the standpoint of a person who owns and has built meta units, used them, yet still runs around with whoever I love at the moment. I'm fickle. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
honestly, i wish i could go back to this time period you are experiencing I've been playing for 2 years and miss the days when i didn't know much about the game, was confused by everything, and enjoyed it for the story, characthers and fun gameplay now i just sit around waiting for the next update, then the next, then the next... the game is still fun, otherwise i would have stopped playing, but i enjoyed experiencing everything for the first time so much and wish i could go back like they say, Ignorance is Bliss!
Try to focus on one thing at a time. Just complete the story and figure stuff on your own and you will be just like the rest of us. General advice: Never spend fragile resin (the crescent moon looking things) before you hit AR45, as the rewards per fragile resin increase after you unlock the highest level domains and bosses. Dont bother farming artifacts either. If you are confused, 2 piece gladiator + 2 piece berserker is a good generalist damage set and you can just experiment for yourself what you prefer. Dont get rid of 3 star weapons, keep at least 1 of each at r5 and be careful not to scrap the dark iron sword. The sword Harbinger of dawn will carry you trough the game with traveler or kaeya if you keep your health up with barbara.
honestly, this is part of the reason why i quit. everything is unexplained and unintuitive in this game. it's a gorgeous game, really cool character designs and world, but it's impossible for me to understand half of the game, even after spending HOURS watching youtube videos about the game that *should* have explained it. so i think the game is just.... SUPER confusing
@@LaiLaiVibes i know what you meant. I did that too in the beginning. But you're not tapping into your character potential. But hey, if you like just do whatever you want. It's your playstyle 😊
Arguably the most frustrating part of genshin, if it doesn’t have 5 layers of rng and capped by resin, the game would be an absolute breeze
Peak example of why we will never get end game HOLYYY
Lailai I didn’t know you were such a genshin rookie.
I remember talking to you about it and you seemed so smart about it LMAAAAOOO.

Edit:check Sharkh3art artifacts guide vid
If u still can't understand then idk.I can give an explanation but i only played the game for about an week
But here's what i know:
EM=enabler of any elemental reaction
Like
Y'know raiden n bennet right?
Ok you use raiden to put electro on monster
Then you use bennet to put pyro on the monster
Then it creates overload
On raiden u have to focus on damage and ER
But on bennet you have to focus on EM n ER since that will do a ton more damage if you have a high em like 500-1000
Raiden is the starter of overload
And bennet is the enabler for overload
And like
If u want an dps character
Just put 1 atk% artifact on it and also 1 crit rate artifact and 1crit damage artifact
Dont do all artifacts atk% or crit% it won't work out well
And make sure it has an ER weapon
If he/she has a crit rate weapon then switch that one crit rate artifact with an ER artifact
Also you know artifacts has set bonusses right?
If u want an dps character focus on witch artifact set gives you atk% bonus
So basically you have a dendro character and you wanna make her/him an dps
Then focus on witch artifacts sets give you dendro damage%
Also the best substats has to be:
ER
ATK%
CRIT RATE%
CRIT DAMAGE%
EM

Artifacts alone overwhelmed me too much. Low drop rates and walls of text. Props to anyone who actually manage them.

A very good tool to help with Artifacts and builds in general is the Genshin Optimizer

Um…yes?
