50 year old dude here - I’ve been doing this for 18 years. (And I haven’t told a soul. Lol) For the guys here, the eyebrow tinting alone will make your brows POP, and your lady friends (or guys ..) will know there is something good-different about you, but they won’t know what. The eyelash tinting is nice also, but the brows are a must. Thank you for the Excellent video. I have fair skin, light eyes, and brown hair before the age, sun and grey hairs happened. I prefer that dark brown that you used, but others may want to start out lighter first. I have been using Vaseline and the brush that comes with the Just for Men kit (Walmart/CVS/Target all private label the same product). But I will try your eyelash tool thingy. I’ve only my eyelashes a few times, but it looks good when I do. I DONT get close to the eyelid. Just the 3/4 of the lash. After wiping it off, I absolutely WASH my face very well since the dye can seriously damage your eyes. Be VERY careful. I also dye my beard; I Vaseline my hands and the sink since sometimes dye will splash unknowingly and stain my sink. And lastly, if you want real thick, dark eyelashes and not worry about dying them, just buy some Latisse from a doc. There are several videos to show you how to make a months worth last about 6 months. Just use less and not everyday. Peace out
I have naturally brown hair but for some reason my lashes have a lot of blonde hairs. Without mascara, it looks like I have no lashes because they’re so light. I feel this may help if I try it! I’ve always been skeptical because I didn’t know if it was safe! So I really appreciate your video because as long as I don’t get it in my eye, it may work. Years ago I remember my girlfriend dying her hair black and she put some black dye in her eyebrows and eyelashes. She used Garnier box dye and it worked quite well. I just feel like it was so dangerous to use near your eyes so I didn’t try it. I may try this!
If you flip back-and-forth in the video, from after you dyed your lashes, back to before you did, you can definitely see that it worked! I think I'm gonna try it, but I'm gonna keep mine on a bit longer, or try two or more applications.
I’m definitely going to try this!!! I feel so alive when my brows are darker! I’ve always wanted to microblade but this might just do the trick without spending soooooo much!
I used just for men beard on my brows a while back and they were perfect I just had a light bulb in my brain moment and thought why can't I use it on my lashes as lash dye is ridiculously expensive and I have this anyway so I am off home to do this now thanks.

45 year old guy, me. Im very blonde and my eyebrows have always been white or almost translucent. I used JFM light brown to tent my brows and it makes my blue eyes pop! I always thought it was kind of gay for a man to do this but how wrong i was!

I have always wanted to use it on my eyelashes, but there's a disclaimer on the box that says "this product must not be used on eyelashes, may cause blindness". Always wondered if that's just precautionary for legal reasons or if I would actually go blind lol. Any adverse effects yet on your end?
@@arababe4729 It worked so well I can't believe it actually. My eyelashes are just starting to fade now almost 1 month later. Application was easy and I had no stinging while I waited for the dye to develop, but I would be extra careful not to get the product in your eye when you are removing the product from your lashes. Pressing down on my eyes and wiping away the dye actually got the product into my eyes and they stung for most of the evening lol. Felt totally fine the next day and no issues with vision.
So, have you continued to diy lash tint with the beard dye? I use it on my brows but have been so very tempted to get a lash tint. If you successfully use it then I feel confident that I could. However, if you no longer use it then I wonder if I want to risk it...
Hi there! I loved this video, and am doing this asap. Just had a quick question (hoping you may know) Do you think this may dye the skin if I DON’T apply Vaseline? I have a little sparse area, quite small, from over plucking, it would be amazing if it did. Sorry to bother. Just looking for some advise maybe
It's a year later but definitely it'll last you a long time. It doesn't take a lot and it's a 1:1 from each tube so I definitely believe it would last a year. The dye is supposed to stay on for at least a month before it starts fading
I never made the video. I tried to, but the kit I got just wasn't working for me. I couldn't get my lashes to stay on the form so they ended up not curling
I'll tell you all ladies, this is great for the brows. Do not, do not use this on your lashes, it doesn't do much and nothing more than you can do, in one tiny swipe of mascara in one second. Not a good idea, if you're not careful and even if you are, it will irritate your sensitive eye skin and the benefits are not noticeable. You'll still put on mascara anyways. I really say a no go on lashes, not safe. Booooo😮😮😮😮💯💯💯💯
@@shaima3469 I have been doing a lot of research on it for if you don't want to spend a lot of money on salon tinting, however do a patch test behind your ear and wait 48 hours after applying at least, this is so you know if you're allergic or not. Do not and I repeat do not do what this lady did and tint your eyelashes you can go blind. If you're going to tint your brows make sure to use Vaseline or chapstick where you don't want to dye the skin, and leave in on for 5 minutes instead of ten because it can get really dark, I've never done this but the general advice on the internet is everything I just stated. Also it lasts about 3-4 weeks typically and gradually lightens overtime if you mess up and go too dark
I'm really late to this, but while it's not recommended to dye eyelashes, it's only the permanent dye that's linked to blindness. This stuff at most would probably cause discomfort

Yes! I do this same thing, but I use the brown for my brows and the darkest black for my lash tint 👍

You just have to be very careful! If you aren't comfortable though, don't do it!

I'm sure it is there for legal reasons, but obviously you have to do everything at your own risk. I had no unusual reaction at all.

Probably once every one/two weeks for eyebrows. Lashes I do less often.

I’ve kinda gone outside my eyebrows when I’ve done it and it never really dyed my skin around there! Not sure how the eyelids would be

QUESTION- Doesn’t the developer BURN / irritate your eye, just from being that CLOSE to the eyeball?
Yes, personally I find the fumes can be irritating.
