I saw this and a few other videos and I got super excited and got it. But please do a few things before you attempt this. Test a patch first. Very obvious but she didn't do it in this video and I didn't either when i followed because i forgot. Mix and let the color develop like she did Apply very carefully with an angled brush like she did here that's good, but on the surrounding skin put vaseline because it'll make the eyebrow more sharp and nice but also not allow dye to stain the skin around it. If it's too dark right away put soap and warm water to take it out. I accidentally got the wrong color, i got the one she used bc our brows seemed to be similar, but the color was too dark. I also recommend leaving it on for two minutes or so at a time. Maybe even less at first. No matter what she or any one in the comment says about their timing, you will not know for sure until it hits your skin/ brows. Everyone is going to react different because we all have different starting brow colors. Add more color if you want it to be darker and use a timer to be precise. This is no joke, and this dye has a good lasting power, which is amazing if its used right. i'm super sad that my brows are darker than I'd like but I'm in the process of attempting to lighten them with baking soda/shampoo. It's sort of working but hairs fall out and the brows are dry and hurting. I recommend for people with minimal hair experience to try this. Just have some sort of hair dying experience, that could simply be practicing before hand on your hand or somewhere. I was compelled to right this as I wish I saw this as a comment. Best of luck and don't make my mistakes check the color first. this is strong stuff
Elizabeth....try “painting” your brows with old fashioned toohPASTE, not gel, paste. White Colgate (GF used Whteninng Colgate) and leave on ur too dark brows for 15-30 min at a time but be sure you’re not doing this on broken or irritated skin as it’ll sting. Anywho, much better than scrubbing with baking soda and shampoo or dish soap. It’ll lighten then up without taking eyebrow hairs with it! Worked for us! Good luck!
I got this dye since everyone seemed to be using it but on the box it warns NOT to use on eyebrows as it can cause blindnesz ?! I'm really scared and I don't want to make my brows fall out but no one else seems to have mentioned the warning. What do you think I should do?
Mia Cornwell it’ll only cause blindness if you get it in your eyes. and that’s a worst case scenario. just be very careful, make sure you have enough on your brush to saturate the hairs, but not so much that it’s dripping off, and you will be fine.
I forgot I saw this ages ago and went out to buy the dye and never used it. Just stumbled across your video again and have now done it. I left it on two minutes, cleaned it off then did an additional 5 minutes. I'm really happy with it! Won't be paying a professional to do them again. Thanks!
IntotheFire mine lasts about 3-4 weeks before I’m staring to want to fill them in again with pencil or else do the dye. I’ve been doing this for a couple years and like the method (using Just for Men).
Great job and they look so perfectly natural! The color you chose was spot on! I use the same product but the "cheap" one from the Dollar Tree and it works exactly the same. For any of the "older" ladies out there, get a darker color than your hair and let it stay on a full 15-20 minutes in order to color any gray hairs, which take longer for the color to grab onto! I have very dark brown hair and use the black color, which comes out looking very dark brown and lasts at least for the month. After coloring the brows I usually put a little argan oil on them just to make sure they are not dried out from the process. And then you do not need brow gel at all, but you can use a hint if you just want to shape the brow to perfection! Great tutorial!
thank you for this! your timing could not have been better. i was looking for a new solution for brow tinting, the benefit brow bar is great but a bit pricey.
I just tried this. Honestly, I think it looks better than when I pay to get them professionally tinted!! This is life changing, thank you!!!! (Also, I have SUPER blonde brows. Used the medium dark brown since my hair is finnicky about taking dye and left it on for 5 mins - perfection!)
The tint can last up to a week if you let a fan blow on your brows for 5 mins, then let it sit for 10 mins before washing off. I’ve been tinting my brows w/ this stuff for a while now, and I know for a fact that it does not harm the brows (if left on longer than instructed), this stuff is amazing. Cheers! 🥂
I have been doing this for awhile now. I find if u leave it on for 10 mins its a little darker and lasts longer. I love all your videos and I like ur new darker hair look!!
Your video was straight forward and to the point, and your eyebrows turned out the best of every one that I have seen. USUALLY I have to finagle my way through 18 minutes of chitter chatter. I appreciate you.
thank you! i have to be honest, i don't do much. other than once in a while, i mostly just remove makeup with wal mart wipes and then wash with hot water haha. BUT i do like certain products when i DO actually do something...so future video for sure :)
I am 100% going to do this. I have blonde eyebrows and brown hair (naturally) and I have been putting off going to the salon to get my eyebrows tinted because I just hate going! I wonder if the vegan henna dye from lush would work?
I use that product too! FYI that shade IS red-tone. I know you mentioned you were glad it wasn’t too red and you found it to be more cool tone - I’m not sure if you are in the wrong light but the medium brown shade is pretty darn red-toned! The shade lighter medium, is much more ashy/ cool-toned :)
Looks great! The first time I did it it did not tint my skin and I felt I wanted more tint so I waited two days(don't know why) and did it again and for some reason the second time it tinted a bit more on the skin ( which I wanted). I can't wait till I do it again to see if it tints more. I used the same med drk brown. Yours came out GREAT!!!!!!
I naturally have light brown eyebrows. I used the light medium brown. Left it for 5 mins. I finally have brows. 🤣 it came out a bit darker so be careful if you want lighter brown toned brows. Maybe get the blonde or light brown and do a patch test first. Thanks for the tutorial
Have you tried using the Godefroy at-home tinting kit? It seems even easier to use than this, and only takes 1-2 mins to develop the colour. The Professional tinting kit you can buy on amazon comes with a good brush for application and enough dye pellets to dye your brows 20 times. I got mine for about £13 on amazon. which is
I like my brows natural and imperfect. 1) The tint is going to get dark once you get it on on your brows You can check by wiping it with a damp paper towel if you are nervous. Then reapply it if you want your brows darker. 2) I use a MAC angled eyeliner brush then a spoolie. One eyebrow turned out a little darker, barely noticeable, when went back to lengthen the tail. It beats paying $40 . It looks great!
Im from the UK and bought this dye, it seems to be the same just slightly different packaging. On the box it says to never use on I eyebrows because it can cause blindness, is this just incase you get it in your eyes? No one else seems to have mentioned this warning, has anyone from the UK tried this??? Is it still safe for brows?
Yeah you look good and looks very good I wouldn't go any law any darker than what you just did because it looks very natural and it looks good do they have a red color at all
I'm going to try this but for me I have dark eyebrows an want to lighten them so I will try a lighter color to do this an see how it turns out :/ hopefully it'll do go good, there's never enough videos on dying them lighter, only with the little bleaching kit but that makes my eyebrows just go orange so maybe if I just get a dye a shade lighter then my natural color then that would go a lot better
Can the product be reused? or do you squeeze out a little bit and throw the rest away? Does it only tint hairs or the skin as well? I have no hairs at all...thank you!!
Stefanie Z I just use a pea sized amount each time, so I can keep using it! It mostly just tints the hairs but it can tint the skin a bit too. But it doesn't last at all on the skin after you wash your face a couple times
Melissa Garcia hmmmm hard to say! I think if you already have full brows with a good shape then it might be ok! Just make sure you really coat the spooky well and wipe off any access that gets outside of your brows. But if you have less defines brows or they are smaller, I'd suggest using a tiny eyeshadow or brow brush for sure. Maybe even a small q tip?
Melissa Garcia I've done this method with a spoolie before! It totally works fine, just keep a few q-tips handy, and if you accidentally get the dye on the skin around your eyebrow hairs wipe it off with a q-tip and you're good. :)
i would have never thought of this haha i really wanna try it though! i just dyed my hair dark but my blonde eyebrows are a pain to darken with brow gel everyday! lol
I totally will report back. I am heading out to Mexico next week and think tinted lashes, sunscreen with Spf 30 tinted lip balm and YOUR "two low bun behind each ear" with a hat is going to be my beach "look". No mascara is my goal for this trip. 😜
I was thinking of doing something for my eyebrows and ive never tried until i saw this hack online. i say definitely do it. you don't have to tell anyone what you did. lol
It's looking great! Did it tint your skin too ? Like you had filled in your brows? And did it last (on the skin)? I'm searching for something that would tint the skin and so I could skip the "filling the eyebrows" step in the morning =)
i was hoping it would tint my skin too but it did not! although it did cut down on the time it takes to fill in my brows by a lot! its been a week since i did this and it's lasted perfect thus far. but i do think i'll have to do this once a month or so
What do you want. Hmmm I'm not sure. I wouldn't recommend it because it might be stronger and irritate your skin and eyes. But to be honest I don't know
Did you wipe your skin with alcohol before applying? All the videos ive seen they wipe off all excess oils with alcohol then apply the dye and it stains the skin. Also loved this video!
Actually hair dye works just as fine. You have to get a full tube and developer though. (I know you're not supposed to use it on the face, but if you are vigilant it works)
I have a question about this. Once it's tinted, on the days after it's done and you're washing your face, does the product come out and get into your eyes? I only ask because I don't want to ruin my vision after tinting with this. If anyone could answer that would be great! :)
25MKool avoid the eyebrow area when washing your face because it’ll cause the tint to fade sooner. Once it’s tinted, don’t worry about the product getting into your eyes. It only stains the skin and hair so there isn’t any possibility for it to run down your face and affect your vision :)
Lillian W it's been 3 weeks since I did this and I just re did it tonight! It wasn't completely gone but definitely faded. So I would say every 3-4 weeks :)
I would do anything for LIGHTER brows, but bleaching them I know would be a huge mistake. My natural hair has always been much lighter than my brows. Your experiment turned out quite good and very natural looking. Nice work.
ksjanetka try looking up videos of how to lighten ur brows on here!! Ive used the sally hansen bleaching cream and it actually works pretty well if you dont leave it on too long and the upkeep isnt as painful as you would think haha
Well, every time I think about doing it (or having it done), someone will say something like, "oh NO, don't do that, your brows are part of what makes you look as unique as you do." Then I'm just like "okay" and I stop looking into it. At my age, I should be looking into Botox instead...LOL.
Thank you, Meredith! Always had the fuller brows and I'll admit that it's a pain in the arse to maintain them. I am plucking literally every day of my life. And being almost 45 now, where I WANT them to grow back in (on the outside), they either take forever or they don't at all.
Wow that turned out great! Can I also use this make a ‘barely there’ eyeliner (so I don’t have to put on makeup anymore lol) or would that be too dangerous?
henna always ends up tinting the skin underneath its horrible. Beard dye is way more effective because it's for facial hair and doesn't have a reddish tint like henna

@Tessa haupert She said she got the same color as in the video, which was Medium Dark Brown

I'm a guy who has light color brows and wanted them to pop, I did this and it worked great! I highly recommend it. It was super quick, easy and cheap!
How long did the colour last before you had to re-apply???
IntotheFire mine lasts about 3-4 weeks before I’m staring to want to fill them in again with pencil or else do the dye. I’ve been doing this for a couple years and like the method (using Just for Men).
A great tip to look better in general, if you have light brows darken them s little.

hehe happy to help!!!
Gosh, you shaped them perfectly!! I'm so afraid I won't be able to!!
jemsmom97 i would kinda stencil them on. i outline my brows first with a brow liner and then fill in with the tint
The shape was there. All she did was darken the brows.
I just tried this. Honestly, I think it looks better than when I pay to get them professionally tinted!! This is life changing, thank you!!!! (Also, I have SUPER blonde brows. Used the medium dark brown since my hair is finnicky about taking dye and left it on for 5 mins - perfection!)

thank you! and good tip!!
How long will it last?
How long does it lasts? If I go swimming will it fade? 😭
Omg! So many eyebrow dye fail videos come up after I watched this! Letting the color develop first was a very smart move! 😉
Your video was straight forward and to the point, and your eyebrows turned out the best of every one that I have seen.
USUALLY I have to finagle my way through 18 minutes of chitter chatter. I appreciate you.
Your skin always looks so radiant & clear! Can you please do post a daily skincare routine video?
thank you! i have to be honest, i don't do much. other than once in a while, i mostly just remove makeup with wal mart wipes and then wash with hot water haha. BUT i do like certain products when i DO actually do something...so future video for sure :)
I’ve recently been watching eyebrow tinting videos and this one helped so well! I think it’s time to give my eyebrows some life!
Perfect video. You told us the color that you used which is really important and others don't always tell that.
Great result, your brows look so natural, full and beautiful! 🌸
I am 100% going to do this. I have blonde eyebrows and brown hair (naturally) and I have been putting off going to the salon to get my eyebrows tinted because I just hate going! I wonder if the vegan henna dye from lush would work?

Does anybody know any products that also tint the skin? That would be he great as I don’t have many hairs to dye
Henna
OMG I was thinking about tinting my brows last night, and this morning I found your video! I thought that it was a dream lol. Thank you so much
hehe you're welcome!!
Great use of it!! Looks natural. I'd try but my darn brows are almost invisibly gone by old age. Great hack!!
I just did this and I love it!! It turned out great!!

An essence brush! Genius! I used an old essence brow gel spooley which worked ok but I'm definitely going to pick up a brush! Thx!
subscribed as soon as you started talking 😂 you're just so natural and pretty! (natural meaning i could immediately see your personality) x
Looks so good! I can't wait to try this on my blonde eyebrows. Thank you for sharing.
I like my brows natural and imperfect.

How long does it last ?
@@taylorwalker1471 The tint last two weeks gradually fading
How long does the tint last? I’ll have to try this, thanks for sharing!
Can you use this on laminated brows
Looks nice!
How long does it stay?
I'm assuming you have to re style them ever day?!
I do this every week!! Best hack ever !
your video helped me so much! thank you💕 the brows turned out GREAT!
Y'all I did this and it worked. It's easy don't sweat it. Just don't get it in your eyes or leave it on longer than 5 mins and you'll be good
Can someone please link me to this product in the exact shade medium dark brown please it's impossible to find in my part of the world.
what brush is that? it worked so nice 😍
Elizabeth Cipolla a lil essence brush! :)
Im from the UK and bought this dye, it seems to be the same just slightly different packaging. Yeah you look good and looks very good I wouldn't go any law any darker than what you just did because it looks very natural and it looks good do they have a red color at all
how long did it last for? is it like a regular tint where it just fades in 2-3 weeks or does it actually grow out?

Is this gonna work to brows that is almost no hair? Because i tried it and it only last for a day??😁
I wonder if I could use this for covering my grey hair
Can someone tell me how long it lasts ?? And if you shower everyday as well
Can the product be reused? or do you squeeze out a little bit and throw the rest away? Does it only tint hairs or the skin as well? I have no hairs at all...thank you!!
Stefanie Z I just use a pea sized amount each time, so I can keep using it! It mostly just tints the hairs but it can tint the skin a bit too. But it doesn't last at all on the skin after you wash your face a couple times
They look awesome you have nice brows. I'm terrified my brows are super blond and not shaped well. They are patchy. I'm going to try anyway.
If after they are dark and you end up not liking the shape,(or if it makes stray hairs prominent) then pluck them 😊
It worked out great for you!
How do you think it would do with a spooly as a brush? I don't have one of those small brushes.
Melissa Garcia hmmmm hard to say! I think if you already have full brows with a good shape then it might be ok! Just make sure you really coat the spooky well and wipe off any access that gets outside of your brows. Melissa Garcia also, i put vaseline around my eyebrows before dyeing them. This will protect your skin from the dye in case you mess up!
Thank You!
What color would be nice for me I have light colored eyebrows like more blonde and I want a lighter brown more noticeable
Annmarie Flesch The light brown box :) or dark blonde.
Looks amazing ! Would never have thought of trying this !
what color did you use????
i would have never thought of this haha i really wanna try it though! i just dyed my hair dark but my blonde eyebrows are a pain to darken with brow gel everyday! lol
hehe yes i am loving it!!!! now i only spend like 1 min on my brows !!
I used the clairol root touch up but I'm gna check out if this is cheaper
it was on sale when i bought it, but i paid $11 canadian.
May I know how long it last?
You've got to leave it on longer than the suggested 5 minutes. It needs more time to cling onto the little hairs.
Does the dye get washed away with soap?
OMG GIRL Lolo..I have been using this for years is the best..xxxxooooooo
it works soooo good!
Lol I know. Vaseline around first I leave on 15 min it last three months :-) :-)
Cynthia Lopresti
3 months? Wow! I need to go to the store asap and get me a box lol 😱
Great video. I am about to DIY darken my blonde lashes with Lash color. Do you know anything about this......fellow blonde:). Xo Nancy
I've never done a lash tint before!! let me know how it goes!!
I totally will report back. I am heading out to Mexico next week and think tinted lashes, sunscreen with Spf 30 tinted lip balm and YOUR "two low bun behind each ear" with a hat is going to be my beach "look". No mascara is my goal for this trip. 😜
Am I the only male here looking at dyeing their eyebrows? It looks like it is mostly women doing this.
It can most certainly be a guy thing :)
I'm going to do it as well. I feel like darker and well defined eyebrows look more manly. Mine are pretty light and it bothers me
Ah don't worry. Go ahead and do whatever makes you feel good. You even don't need to tell it, just feel free.
Astro Boy I just did this and it came out great!
I was thinking of doing something for my eyebrows and ive never tried until i saw this hack online. i say definitely do it. you don't have to tell anyone what you did. lol
How long did it last?
Jess, do you think I could tint my lashes with this?
myluckyyear no! It has peroxide in the developer so I don't think it's safe!!
Is this safe for the eyes
They are perfect! I gotta try this!
Does it ONLY dye the hair or does it dye your skin too?
It will also temporarily dye your skin.
Christine Dunne it kinda stains the skin
Can someone please explain to me why they are using this instead of eyebrow dye ???
does this work for eyelashes too?
Elisa A no! It will hurt your eyes
Ok this is such a good hack - I am defo trying this!
Does anyone know where I can buy this in Canada?
Walmart
Great idea! I'm going to try this!
how long does it last is what I'm wondering
You did such a good job
Thank you. I think it looks pretty, I’m going to try it.
I have no idea what color to get if I dye my brows
It's looking great! Did it tint your skin too ? Like you had filled in your brows? And did it last (on the skin)? I'm searching for something that would tint the skin and so I could skip the "filling the eyebrows" step in the morning =)

Ok thank you :D
Cecilia of the Valley, I leave it on 5 minutes and it does stain your skin. If you exfoliate then avoid your brows and it can last up to 5 days.
Omg tysm for showing me this hack 😩🙌 god bless. I'm going to a pool party soon and I do NOT wanna be showing up with no brows 😂
Maggie Is Pretty Gr8 it’s why I don’t go swimming 😕
Ppds and clorine dont mix.
I am absolutely 100% definitely trying this tomorrow.
I kept thinking about how I should dye my eyebrows and I kept looking at my dads just for men but didn’t think it was actually gonna work
What do u take it off with? Just water or? Xx
Aly Bb yup just a wet cotton round. Water
somegirljess thank yas! Love ur channel Btw, you're gorg! Keep it up man xx
ThAnK YoU!!! Ohmygoodness I've literally been looking for something to do Missing You eyebrows!!!! You are AmazeBalls!!!! 💁🏻💁🏻💁🏻💁🏻
You are so adorable! I love your videos and I will HAVE to try this!
What store can I buy this at?
i bought mine at my local drugstore (shoppers drug mart)
I accidentally got the hair dye one instead of the moustache!! Will it still work
What do you want.
Baby&Me thanks! And yes, but it only stays on the skin for like a day haha after you wash your face once or twice it comes off
somegirljess oh no wonder! Thanks for this helpful video!😃
Actually hair dye works just as fine. You have to get a full tube and developer though. (I know you're not supposed to use it on the face, but if you are vigilant it works)
nah

Short & to the point & good results!!!
Where can I buy this?
i got it at my local drugstore
how long does it last
Super Geckos about 2 weeks. Maybe 3-4 if you don’t scrub your face too much
Can you also use this for tinting eyelashes?
Corinna no I wouldn’t put this near your eyes!! This uses peroxide so it could be dangerous
is this safe for eyelashes?
Nooooope
How long did it last for you?
Leona Swift 2 weeks I’d say!
Wow , so good & easy. Thanks
How long does it last???
Lillian W it's been 3 weeks since I did this and I just re did it tonight! It wasn't completely gone but definitely faded. So I would say every 3-4 weeks :)
Wow, that's amazing! Thanks!
I would do anything for LIGHTER brows, but bleaching them I know would be a huge mistake. My natural hair has always been much lighter than my brows. Your experiment turned out quite good and very natural looking. Nice work.
thanks :D :D
ksjanetka try looking up videos of how to lighten ur brows on here!!
Kerry J I think your eyebrows look great! Mine are almost nonexistent and it's such a pain to draw them in every day!
Thank you, Meredith! Always had the fuller brows and I'll admit that it's a pain in the arse to maintain them. I am plucking literally every day of my life. And being almost 45 now, where I WANT them to grow back in (on the outside), they either take forever or they don't at all.
yes it looks good and it improved
has anyone done henna for temporary brows before orrrr?
Jess, I'm going to try this.
looks amazing!!!
Looks good!
Wow that turned out great!
Can I also use this make a ‘barely there’ eyeliner (so I don’t have to put on makeup anymore lol) or would that be too dangerous?
you can use hair dye too, or henna for brows.
sky p she used beard dye because its designed to be used on your face
Or just eyebrow dye- this dye isn't meant to be near the eyes 😵
Don’t use hair dye, I tried it and got chemical burns on my face!
henna always ends up tinting the skin underneath its horrible. Beard dye is way more effective because it's for facial hair and doesn't have a reddish tint like henna
Heaven P no hair dye is very harsh do not put it anywhere near you're eyes it even has warning label!
