If you don't have Makura, it's probably just best to use Vira frontline and put someone else in the backline, like Kumbhira worked for me. I'm sure someone like V. Aglovale or anyone decent in FA at higher difficulty content would work decently. Just don't forget to start Turn 1 using Mahira's S3 to target Vira instead.
23:24. I usually put the weapon & summons grid first thing under the "Grid/EMP" Timestamp. As title states, I used some Grand weapons. Weapon Grid is: 2x 4* Harmonia, 1x 4* Imperious Fury, 4x Chev/Lumi Swords, 1x Chev/Lumi Harp, 1x 5* Magna Opus with Stamina Key, & 1 5* Shooting of the Star. You might be able to substitute out weapons, except a 4* Harmonia is probably required as an MH in this because of Delay. The 2nd Harmonia / Imperious Fury might work at 0* but I can't test that.

Probably not. I don't think you'll be able to consistently clear omens on FA without her, unfortunately.
