I'm working on a video now that I'll hopefully have out in the morning explaining how to fit in the double pns everywhere but I'll give you the scoop now for hexa, if you look back at the shalem berserker video the grid would be the exact same but you'd swap the two alex daggers for 2 pns and swap the sieg axe for the wind world harp. If you're using the glorybringer comp with galleon/caim/arulumaya it'd be the same thing and you could honestly probably keep that same world harp to amp the other 3 besides mc or swap to the katana one if you just want to buff mc, it also may be worth to just keep the sieg axe so everyone gets benefits. Chrysaor is the one weird one where you'd probably still use 2 pns and then instead of the axe you may use something like bea's sword to use as an offhand and you may swap the world ender for something else, but this one will need testing as chrysaor is my least experienced in that fight. But essentially you get 2 slots in any given earth grid now so you'll have to figure out what best fits there to suit your needs, the only exception might be ougi based comps
You can try any defensive weapon like defense AK, satyrs sword stuff like that. And for bahamut you can try grand order or anything really he was just an extra slot when I tried this

Don't think so, without shalem consistency goes down and without characters being gold ringed consistency is also down based on crewmates experience
