I know Steve Earle underplays it, it he’s actually a brilliant guitar player. Anyone who plays knows how difficult it is to do this and it’s entirely his own style imo.
I always loved Steve Earle, my favorite artist of any style, so glad to know he believes in Jesus Christ, he lived a rough life, but he wouldve never written that song if he didnt know in his heart that Jesus was real. God bless Steve and his family. Talent, on top of talent when it comes to Steve

He may look good, but this was when his drug addiction started getting out of hand. He had an infection from injecting IV drugs.
