Antineil Blackman you can use Vinyl/PVC or like I did,I just used up some old plastic placemats,once it was bendable plastic,once I used another placemat made of some kind of foam and foil.“Upcycling“!;-)
I'm trying to recreate this collar but I'm a bit confuse with the feather choice. Could you please be a bit more specific. For example you use three different layer of feathers first. What were they ? Nice tutorial btw.

Not on etsy. Just search "feather trim" on ebay and u will get a million options.
What size feathers did you use? And how did you travel with it?

The wire allows you to fold it in half and unfold with no issues.

the main feathers are goose by the yard. the fill in feathers I just use whatever is the cheapest on ebay at the time, always varies
