Loved this video! Definitely a great inspiration for my first indoor conference in the US this weekend!! Definitely worried about that fatigue feeling having to compete in the 5000m on Saturday and the 3000m on Sunday but hoping the adrenalin will kick in! Any tips to recover between days/rounds? I also struggle to sleep the night after the race due to the Adrenalin and caffeine at a 7pm race!
For a video idea, i would love to see what you do to recover? Also, just basic “day in the life” of a student-athlete to see what you do in and around your training to live that perfect athlete (but balanced) lifestyle you seem to have!!

My coach wants me to try the 300 meter hurdles and I tried a hurdle for the first time today. I am a little nervous because I have never run it. Is there any tips on trying to run them?
Don't worry too much. Just trust yourself and go. The hurdles don't have to look perfect, you just have to make it over and keep on running.
Also you don't have to put in all your effort for the whole 300m. Make sure u get out hard through the first two, then settle in and only put in more effort when you're abt 10m away from the next hurdle. That doesn't mean slow down, but you should become more relaxed.
