D1 TRACK MEET VLOG @ VIRGINIA TECH // 600m PR + 4x400 win!!

HEYYY!! How is everybodyyy? I hope you guys enjoy this video, every time I edit a new vlog it becomes my favorite, so I'm bias but I really like this video! My teammates helped me out a lot and I love them all they're the best they help bring this content to life so thanks guys 🫶 But performance wise, this was a great meet for me I was able to run a much cleaner race in my 600m and knock down my PR to 1:32.47. And my 4x400 relay shaved 4 seconds off our season's best running a 3:42 (and I split 55🙌) So grateful and excited for how this season has gone so far. Next weekend we are back at Penn State so stay tuned for me next vlog!! Love ya!
