I think the question is why he has a gag order in the first place? It seems like he is a constant target for politically biased cases which is rather foolish considering the positive outcome it appears to be having for him, it is almost like this is by design.

He's under the same conditions as anyone else on trial. He can post on social media or talk to the press just as long as he doesn't talk specifically about details of the trial, the judge, jurors or witnesses. That seems perfectly reasonable to me

You do know that the witness in question is Michael Cohen, his former lawyer. Cohen is talking about Trump, why can’t Trump respond to that?
