Literally Jamie Lynn is so brainwashed and abvsed by Jamie that she's loyal to him. she made the entire narrative about the house lack the abvse on purpose. because if their marriage was healthy it WOULD be weird for the kid to try to buy a house to split them up. i will agree with her though it must be confusing having your older sister pay your piece of crap mom and dad's bills for them. jamie lynn was abvsed too just in a different way from Britney but she's a grown ass woman now and needs to get a new attitude. she's always been ungrateful and jealous of Britney to the point she will hate her and mistreat her too. It's all fine and well to say none of us were there or saw what she saw but when you blatantly omit Jamie's abvse from the narrative no one cares anymore, she's an enabler and a sympathizer just like Lynn after Lynn had plenty of times to leave and could have escaped being financially dependent on Jamie for childcare, with BRITNEY's help. Lynn is the worst piece of crap, the one who has the ability and means to leave their abvsive co parent and simply refuses not to so she can have her cake and eat it too. They successfully microwaved Jamie Lynn's brains into being as delusional as them.

She was young and didn't see the abuse her mom was going through. Or maybe she did, but didn't want her parents getting a divorce.

I don’t think what Britney did with the house was weird. I grew up with an alcoholic step dad that was very verbally and physically abusive. I told my mom when I was 16 that once I left for college I’d never come home if he was still there. It was what she needed to finally acknowledge how bad things were.
I agree. It’s weird that Jamie Lynn didn’t see that and want to escape her dad as well. As a child of divorce I understand wanting your parents to be together, but in reality I accepted that their relationship was toxic and I’m glad that they separated to seek what makes them happy. So very odd of her.

I feel bad sometimes exposing Britney's family because it tells the tale of her childhood trauma and her vulnerability but then I realize of we don't talk about things like this people get away with it and more adults are walking around with that small child (that they used to be) crying still because they weren't ever consoled or brought to justice and actions held accountable.
Normally, yeah, I'd feel the same way. I don't wanna keep bringing up traumatic events if someone is really trying to moves past them. But Britney wants her family to be exposed and she knows she can't do it alone. She's one of the few people who is all for "please tell my story".
I just hope that with this it's only bringing positivity to the situation among others who might fall into the same category and anyone in the future who exposes their trauma heals and gets the comfort they deserve

No one wants to hear an explanation, a reason, a backstory but the perpetrators never stop without consequences. I pray her full story gets told. @@Me-mb1ex Yeah, I feel like Jamie was honestly kept in the dark and told the 'half-truth' about what's happening to Britney ever since she got pregnant in 2007 with her daughter, and Britney was having a mental breakdown plus being in I guess the conservatorship, which already caused their sister relationship to be estranged. And, I strongly believe that causing their relationship to be estranged, Jamie 1000% believed her own sister Britney couldn't be there for her as support, just like she couldn't be there for Britney when needed, like I believe it's her parents that made it that way. Also, I feel like their mom really, really did care about their well-being, surrounding their career, well specifically Britney's at the very beginning and middle, until she got money hungry.

Once britney popped off her first album and it was a huge success Jamie went to an expensive treatment center, she also started trying to get him and Bryan in the door business wise. Thats when it started. Obviously he didnt stay sober but he had enough money and felt good enough about himself to where he probably didnt need to get violent anymore
Her brother Bryan referred to Britney’s career as the family business and when asked about the conservatorship he said it’s been good for the family. No shit you’re taking your sisters money!

I've been haunted for my entire lifetime about how cruel the media was to Britney about her 2007 VMAs appearance. They called her "fat" RELENTLESSLY and said she was moving like she was "on drugs"
i really will never get over that, or the body shaming culture I grew up in. The 2000s were brutal. I think I feel worse because as a teen with an ED, I'm ashamed to admit I agreed that she looked fat. Disgusting all around.

I wish I could meet Britney and give her a genuine hug...I feel so bad for her, the life she has lived. If you think about it, her life was great at her beginning of her peak till Justin and her broke up. I feel like she has been through hell and never really truly enjoyed the fruits of her labor.

I really feel for Jamie Lynn as a child. Whenever she talks, I get a really clear mental image of this lost child that really was in between and stuck with two crappy parents by herself. Even with the shit she pulled on the Zoey 101 set--someone had to teach her that kind of behavior. But I really hate that as an adult, she is unable to empathize with anyone else or realize that she's not always the main character. She's the epitome of someone that chooses not to break the cycle and instead decides to carry the torch.

While the parents go and wallow in all of their own bullshit and leave the kids to take care of themselves. No wonder Jamie Lynn learned early on that Britney was more of a mother to her than Lynne. In a household like that, nobody comes out unscathed. The only difference is that as the scapegoat, Britney realized what was going on much faster and was not going to continue that cycle like Brian and Jamie Lynn have in their adult lives.

This can explain so much on Britney’s behaviors w/ her videos, on so many levels, and it absolutely breaks my heart for her even more so. She’s my oldest daughters age, I would feel like the worlds worst abusive, messed up parent messing my daughters, or sons life up, emotionally, verbally, any way. A narcissist and will seemingly be there for her son so the relatives won't snicker off to themselves that she wasn't by her son's side in time off need. She is cold calculating and puts money and material items before her son and her other children. He's older now, 36. But, he knows now how (not) to treat others based off how she treated him and his siblings. He now has no communication with her and his dad. I grew up not far the Spears family and my mom was a mutual friend with Lynne through an old mom group. Let’s just say my mom is a nice woman and she never had anything fond to say of her when we were younger. I guess my mom wasn’t all that wrong. And omg their dad always creeped me tf out.

I think he was checking her out a bit too much. And he was odd with Jamie Lynne too, my older brother is closer in age with her and when we would all go outside and play he would comment weird things about my brother and young boys to Jamie Lynne, almost like she was a teenager or something. And her and my brother were like nine. Old southern people are weird.

All these legal fee amounts are huge payout, paydays, “something is totally rotten here” payments, “I thought about how we can steal more money from Britney” payments (one 5 second thought translates into a billable hour), the “I had one of my minions explore options to spy on her electronically and strip Britney of her privacy and basic human rights” payments. Typing out all of this is exhausting, now I need to take a 3 hour nap. Since it’s Britney’s fault, bill that nap time to her as well.
Seriously Sloan, I get so angry about all this abuse. They have tried to strip away her humanity and turn her into nothing but a bank or ATM. I understand that one of the reasons I’m upset is because this video comes right after the AH JD trial. I’m 62 and believe the only reason I was able to graduate HS is because I ran away from home at 15. AH sounded so predatory and she constantly said things I had forgotten about and buried for almost 50 years! Britney may be 40 years old, but her treatment is still child abuse. Most of the people who stood silent and allowed my abuse have passed away. I had professional help to recover and make peace with my past. I see Britney’s abuse through the lens of a DV survivor. Even though she is free of the guardianship, they continue to pile on the abusive behavior. This story about Lynn is yet one more example. And that good for nothing father refuses to be deposed and answer questions about his illegal (IMHO) treatment of his daughter. After Amber’s trial, we want justice for Britney. That justice could involve millions of dollars and possible jail time for abusers.
I have spoken out about child abuse for years on a very small scale. When I think of Britney today, I still think of her confined in a 10x10 steel wall cell. We all heard vivid descriptions of abuse that JD survived. I’m praying Britney gets justice for everyone who abused her.

I had never heard any of Britney’s testimony and I was taken aback by how articulate and “with it” she was because even now she seems withdrawn again…something is still “off.” I just hope that poor woman has some peace in life.

I'm the middle child too britney ♡ somehow I never knew she had an older brother. my dad was also an alcoholic my whole life and my mom never did anything about it, as well. my parents aren't narcs (well my mom isnt) and britneys parents are far worse people but at 24 I'm cutting off my parents after realizing how much their actions have affected me. I feel so much for britney and she has remained such a lovely kind person I'm spite of her parents! well her whole family, really, it seems.

It was her mom's idea for her to get the divorce from Kevin. Kevin was blindsided. And that's when Britneys life started falling apart and she ended up in the conservatorship

Kevin was blindsided and I think that's why he went so hard at her for custody of the kids and all that, which along with everything else going on in her life caused Britney to start having a mental breakdown, which then worked in Kfeds favor in obtaining custody, and then for her family to have Britney 5150d, and that's when she lost her freedom.

love this channel. you're really exposing the dark side of britney's life. i can relate to some of the family stuff.i grew up in the same dynamic, just lack of fame and talent over here. it's sad. makes it hard to have healthy relationships and loving yourself. i hope that after everything, she can relax now. she deserves a happy life. i dont think she will ever heal fully from this, but she can at least try to move on.

I’d legit hire someone to get rid of family members like this. I can’t imagine how painful and unbearable Britney felt by the things they did to her. Just pure evil and maliciousness they put on her. So Britney bought a house for her mother so she could safely divorce her alcoholic abusive husband and have a place to stay and then she goes behind her back to plot with that person and put her in a conservatorship. Then Jamie Lynn acts like she doesn’t understand why Britney would do such a “weird” thing. It’s like they liked to use her as a scapegoat for blame in the house and she just likes being mad at her with no reason.
Also, Lynn wanting to be on the ambulance during the hold, and that “love letter”, annulment of her wedding, and having the father on the conservatorship seems like she just wants to be seen as a good mother to Britney for the facade and that image is most important to her.
They have control issues in that household.

My bf and I accidently hit a man on a bike and killed him may 13 2021 and as much as i want to contact his son and wife and apologize (I found his son on FB) the detectives told us they are very very angry at us so that is why I haven't contacted them...I don't want to make their pain worse. It's not that I don't have guilt I wasn't even behind the wheel and I have guilt
Maybe have someone else contact them and ask permission to write to them. And just remember don't justify, apologize for your specific action and ask if there's anything in the world you can do to ease even the tiniest bit of their pain.
We lost someone in my family to an accident like this. And I think if they contacted his dad with this admittance and asking him what they could do it would bring healing to everyone.

Definitely would like a video on Brian spears. I find it odd how much he’s kept out of the spotlight/media especially compared to every other one of their family members. It’s like it’s done on purpose or they’re paid off to not speak on him. Either he’s REALLY good at staying out of the media (which I can understand not to) or someone is going to extreme lengths to keep him out of the media, which I find suspicious. I hardly EVER hear about him. I forget he exists most the time until I hear his name brought up every once in a blue moon. I actually didn’t even know Britney had a brother until a few years ago and I’m a huge Britney fan, grew up on her music and watching her on Disney and mtv and all that, know a lottt about her so the fact I didn’t know she had a brother after all these years is just odd to me, one of the biggest celebrities ever.
