You should take a bump photo in the garden everyday with emma also,so it shows your bump grow as the garden grows then in 9 months time or there abouts it'll be something to look back on and you'll have a brand new baby to go with your brand new garden xx
Isn't it smart to get sprinklers installed all over where you wanna put the grass so that wont die all the time and its just ready when you wanna put in the grass and stuff
Have you ever considered incorporating a "dry river bed" into your landscaping theme? They can be very beautiful using river rocks bordered by wild lavender, sage, rosemary bushes (anything you like) - and the scents are divine, especially on hot summer nights. It's just one option as you’ve got so much great space to work with and we all know how expensive landscaping can be . . . not just to create but also to maintain.
Ur new house is gorgeous! Wow! I am soo freaking proud of you guys! Emma is a little cutie! Rachelle will soon be getting bigger! Things are happening y'all! Life is going to start flying by so make sure y'all take some time everyday to make sure you let one another know how much you appreciate/love each other. I cannot wait to watch your family grow!!!! I love y'all!!!💓💋💓💋
Pedialyte tastes awful though. I just take zofran because of my HG. But I think I tried everything in the book lol. Gatorade is good to. Maybe she could make Gatorade ice cubes lol
When I was pregnant, green apple jolly ranchers, cinnamon altoids, and protein snacks helped my nausea. It's important to not get too hungry or it will make your nausea worse. Snacks with some kind of meat or cheese helped me a lot. And this is going to sound crazy, but sniffing vicks vapor rub helped with my nausea.
I would recommend putting the pool closer to the house. It’s nice to be able to go in and out for drinks/snacks and when Emma is older you can keep an eye on her and her friends swimming. Also check your rules for your town/insurance. You usually need a more solid/taller fence if you have a pool
Hope everybody feels better soon. Same here. I have felt rough all week but I don’t know whether it’s because of allergies or whether I’m fighting a cold. I did get the flu shot a few weeks ago and five days later I felt ill which is the norm for me after the flu shot but I’m still feeling rough so I’m thinking it’s a little bit of both. Rachelle take advantage of the time Emma takes a nap and try to get some rest yourself. I’m sure your tiredness is going to get worse throughout the pregnancy because you now have a little toddler to chase after. All the best for when you have your ultrasound. I’m excited to hear what you have found out. Always sending positive vibes and prayers your way.
Emma’s little ringlets are too cute😭 so excited for you guys and your new adventures, making your new house a home & bringing baby number 3 (and possibly 4 as well) into the world! You are so deserving of it all! Love you so so much💛
When I was in my first trimester I always drank a vanilla protein shake in the morning. Like a pre made one you buy at the store. Helped get something on my stomach without making me too sick
I’m 17 wks and still have morning sickness but it’s not as bad as the first trimester when I was throwing up all day everyday! I feel for you mama hang in there! ❤️
I love all these house plans & renovations! I am impatiently waiting for these ultrasound results! Twins twins twins! Hehe Salt, crackers & sugar made me sick. Literally Arby's roast beef sandwiches and root beer is all that stayed down. Ginger candy & those outshine sugar free Popsicles helped my nausea with my twins.
Canada Dry ginger ale, ginger tea, saltine crackers, for some reason sour starburst were all lifesavers when it came to morning sickness. I had super severe morning sickness but those made it easier. It's also super important that any moment you don't feel nausea that you eat right then. Carry snacks on you at all times! The longer you go without eating the worse the nausea gets. So super excited for the ultrasound! I hope you find some relief soon.
I’m really feeling like you are having twins!! Which would be so amazing!!! Either way I pray for a healthy successful pregnancy and a happy, healthy baby!!! 👶
Emma is so adorable and precious at the same time , st the beginning of the vlog when she started crying for no reason she just needed a little more ❤️ so sweet!!!!
I worked for a Perinatalogist/fetal diagnostics and when I was pregnant our nurse suggested a concoction of half milk and half 7-up. The milk coats the stomach while the 7-up helps indigestion. It’s not a bad as you think, and it really helped. I had all day nausea and it subsided after. So can’t wait to see how many babies!!
I think the pool should be closer to the patio so people can hang out on the patio while people are in the pool. Also you’d be able to see it better from the house than far away in the corner
Lemon water, bananas, and carbs are what made me feel better with my morning sickness. Mashed potatoes and white rice with butter were pretty much all I could eat for about 7 weeks. I hope your morning sickness gets better soon and everyone else starts feeling better ❤️
Keep the drawing , like you said you will look back on it in years to come. We did a huge back yard renovation , mainly decking but we still have our originals drawing which is on the back of a car registration form for some reason lol It’s fun to have it to look back on !
I'd have thought you'd want the pool closer to the house? Like near the patio. It'll be easier to keep an eye on Emma near it when she gets older too. As for sickness, I think ginger is meant to help? Maybe try hot water with a bit of lemon, honey and ginger to drink? That or mint, like peppermint tea usually helps me when I feel nauseous or have an upset stomach (I've never been pregnant though so not sure if it'd help with that sort of sickness)
For her play area you guys should look at the stuff made from recycled tires! We have playgrounds in Minnesota with these and they're great. They shred them into "chips" and make rubber mats out of them that are way more comfy to walk on. I never liked wood chips as a kid cause I had to wear shoes and they get icky eventually. But these tire options are easy on your feet, easy maintenance, and they're recycled! Just a thought, cant wait to see all you're awesome ideas brought to life 😁
Maybe this time around keep a pregnancy journal. I used a regular journal from walgreens and just kept quick short notes. As in : mint leaves helped with nausea or laying on your left side helps with better sleep. And your cravings. Just a thought. Hope you all are better soon. Anxiously waiting for Thursdays appt!!
The anticipation it’s killing me😬 Hope everyone is better by now. Eating dry cereal first thing in the morning, even before getting up, helped me with the nausea. My choice was corn flakes, but whatever you can stomach will do the trick. I will carry a little bag with cereal all day to nibble on it and keep the nausea under control without eating a full meal or snack. 🤗
I once heard from an obgyn that peppermint isn’t the best because it can soften the cervix or something along those lines, has anyone else heard this? I know sour jolly ranchers were my go to! Also I’m loving all these house vlogs, so sweet to see you all now working towards what you want and one day you’ll look back on these vlogs! Prayers for a smooth, easy pregnancy! 💕
Hi! Feeling sorry for your nausea. I have been sick weeks 6-13, and for the first couple of weeks I could only eat quark/cottage cheese with a bit of jam (I couldn’t eat any other dairy though). Pickled cabbage and carrots helped a lot. Sour rye bread/crackers with cream cheese. Apples, bananas, berries... They say ginger helps settle your stomach. Eating small portions of food every couple of hours when you are starting to feel sick is a good idea, as well. 🤗
Something that I learned from my mom and my husband that helps with nausea is natural lemon drops. They don't need to be too special, just as long as they are made with 100% lemon juice. This definitely goes off what helped with you and the sour jolly ranchers. :)
Cant wait for you to have your ultrasound whether its 1 baby or 2 as long as everything is healthy and going to plan....wouldn't twins be lovely though you deserve to have a big happy swannie family around you...I have 4 children and it's great watching them all grow up together 2 of mine are grown now but still as close to the younger 2 as they've ever been...its lovely to look at a room full of people knowing you created them there is no prouder moment.....❤ good luck ....so mote it be ❤ love and Light sent to you all.....
I’m so so excited! Cannot wait for your ultrasound and to see if there is #1 baby or #2! Gahhhhhh sending all my excitement all the way from Canada 🇨🇦! My fiancé and I are trying for baby number 2 and it’s definitely harder than baby number 1 was. We’re struggling, but hopeful that God will bless us with another one. Our son is 2 and half, soon to be 3! He needs a sibling! Prayers and positive thoughts would be appreciated 🙏♥️. We also have got the cold running through our busy household as well. Sucks! Get well soon!
I found that hard ginger "candies" helped during pregnancy. They weren't really candy but i can't think of what else to call them. They really helped me at various times with nausea.
we both have appointments on Thursday ! .. i’m seeing a surgeon for a consultation to get my thyroid removed ! .. i’m been dealing with an overactive Thyroid for about 3 years &’ in July i got diagnosed with Graves Disease 😏 sending prayers for the ultrasound , y’all are my favorite family on youtube ! 💙💙
Peppermint hard candy works really well as well as mint tea. A lot of hot teas can help with nausea and digestion issues too. Btw if Justin is still congested, it helps to steam your face. Go to the sink, turn on the hot water, and put a towel over your head and the sink to steam! It helps for some quick relief!
So sorry to hear you have all been sick, I wondered why there was no vlog, your plans for the garden look great, I would definitely put in a sprinkler system before the grass so it wont die, hope your sickness subsides soon and Justin feels better 💖💖
Im having my first ultrasound too, just a day earlier! So excited for you all! It’s kind of cool to be going through this the same time as you! Praying everything goes well for you guys! ❤️
I love the “OOOOOO see even the camera is excited!” I literally laughed out loud. Love the drawing of the backyard and your visions for it! I can’t wait to see the ultrasound!
I love your guys new house! I just wanted to say food for thought, you might want to put the pool closer to the house so that when your kids get older and they want to get in the pool, you can see them clearly from the kitchen and living room. With the pool being so far in the back, it will be hard to keep an eye on them. That would be a thought in my mind.
What helped with me is making sure I forced myself to eat as soon as I woke up I got sick 5 times during my whole pregnancy and the only time I got sick was when I forgot to eat or if I drink anything citrusy in the morning I know it's hard but try to make sure that you always have something in your stomach do not let your stomach get empty or it will make your nausea worse
Super excited for your ultrasound!!!!💖 I’m 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby! We are a military family living in Germany and we are super excited to meet our little babe! ✨
Peppermint oil help with nausea. I personally use it. I just rub a little bit of it either on my nose or just under my nose. That helps me a lot it’s also good for headaches.
I’m 9 weeks pregnant with my 4th, and what I do to help with the morning sickness. I eat toast with butter throughout the day. I find just small light snacks through out the day help so much!! So toast with butter, Cheerios (without milk), salted crackers. Just things like that. And I would drink Gatorade too.
Of course you can do what ever you want, but from experience I would suggest you remove any dead wood in your yard, but leave any living bush, hedge, or tree for at least a year. Maintenance wouldn't be too bad, and it will give you a chance to see what is really there, what blooms what makes a mess, what is easy to maintain, etc. Then you can decide if something is worth moving, or simply removing. Mature trees, bushes, etc. Are expensive and getting to know what you have before removing them usually pays off in the end.
Ginger candies for nausea helps me. I don't have much experience with pregnancy nausea but I get endometriosis nausea frequently and I have to keep living life so ginger candies are a lifesaver.
Beau was so funny watching the farm animals. My grandson called animals by their sound. A duck was a quack quack. A cow was a moo moo. A cat was a meow meow. A dog was a woof woof. That was so funny.
Haven't been pregnant YET but any tips you may find will probably help me in the future!!! Overly excited to hear about the ultrasound. Hoping for healthy baby/babies!!!
For nausea (and I had it BAD every time!! Like hospital stay bad.) peppermint helps as does keeping small amounts of food in your stomach at all times. Think crackers, toast, etc. Anything you are craving or can keep down.
If you feel like you can’t eat anything but are hungry, several snacks throughout the day rather than big meals will minimise nausea. Also anything peppermint or ginger! I have a strong feeling it’s twins 👯♂️
I’ve heard Prego pops help// they are like ginger suckers and anything ginger or peppermint! So happy for you both! I have two girls that are about 23 months apart ... it’s challenging some days but honestly they are the best of friends and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! Congrats again!!
Peppermint helps loads! Peppermints, peppermint tea, sometimes having a pack of peppermint gum just to sniff lol, ice cold lemonade, the sour jolly ranchers are a great idea, and try not to let yourself get hungry. I know it's soo hard because nothing sounds appetizing but once you get hungry your stomach is more likely to get upset when you do eat. So if you can snack on crackers or peanut butter crackers or grapes, something soft, try to always have a snack on hand! My first pregnancy was full term loss as well and I was soo sick with her, and this pregnancy with her little sister is no different in terms of nausea lol Wishing you guys all the health and happiness in the world!
Peppermint tea, ginger tea, the raspberry Queasy Drops are amazing, buttered bread or toast, saltines or oyster crackers, & stay super hydrated. I had HG and all these helped me at different times
Preggy Pop Drops are the only things that helped my nausea when I was pregnant with my son!!! They have vitamin b6 in them which helps settle the stomach. You can get them on Amazon! And the flavors are delicious 😋 hope this helps Rachelle! ❤️
Peppermint candies usually help and drinking sour lemonade or drinks with lime like ginger ale or sprite with some lime helps a bunch and sipping it slowly
Chew some spearmint gum ,also rubbing a drop of peppermint essential oil on the palms of your hands and smell it when you feel sick helps as well as sucking on peppermint candies.
I just found your channel, and I just posted a video of me taking my pregnancy test! I also already have one baby, so nervous but excited to have two under two. Also your dog is adorable 😍
I am currently 14+3 with my rainbow baby. I have had nausea since six weeks and I struggle eating most days. I find light snacks every couple hours helps.
What helped with my nausea was b6 and also ginger. They have ginger gummies and ginger lollipops that are great if you’re not keen on the taste. Lemon tea works great and so does lemon ginger tea. All of those thing worked wonders when I was pregnant with my twins.
I used to constantly suck boiled sweets. It was the only way to keep the nausea at bay. Try not to go too long in between eating even if it’s little bits x
Im so glad we heard from you as i was worried. Mind more at rest now. Omg i was so sick when pregnant with my children. Justin get well soon. Sweet dreams yall xx
Yes! Everyone should take vitamin c during the year especially during cold season. And it is safe during pregnancy. A high dose for a 10 year old through adult is considered 10 grams or 10,000 milligrams or bowel tolerance. It won't hurt to take a couple grams.
Taking excess vitamin c is a waste. Most people get more than enough in their daily diet. Also, It’s a water soluble vitamin that your body can only absorb so much of. Taking more than your body can absorb will only result in vitamin c rich urine.
You should take a bump photo in the garden everyday with emma also,so it shows your bump grow as the garden grows then in 9 months time or there abouts it'll be something to look back on and you'll have a brand new baby to go with your brand new garden xx
I love this idea! That would be beautiful!
Isn't it smart to get sprinklers installed all over where you wanna put the grass so that wont die all the time and its just ready when you wanna put in the grass and stuff
I agree
I agree
I think maybe they meant they don’t need them right now since they don’t have grass?
So excited for the ultrasound! Hope everyone feels better soon.
Just a tip..... Don't use sand by Emma's playground. All the local cats will make it their litter box. Gets real nasty real quick.
Couldn't they use a cover? For when they aren't using it?
The Clegg Family can’t agree more that’s sooo true !
Lilac Rose Good point👍🏼
I never noticed how far away you park until you said something about it a couple vlogs ago. Now I can’t stop noticing 😂
same lol
The curls on the side of Emma’s head is so cute
Shes sooooo cute I've been watching since she was just a thought.....great to see her grow...💚
I know what if she has curly ginger hair?! Freaking adorable!!
Peppermints help with nausea!! Try sucking on peppermints throughout the day! It should help!
I've noticed mint gum helps too
Put peppermint oil in a diffuser. Switch it on as soon as you open your eyes to help with baby nausea.
Peppermint life savors
Catherine Gee that might not be a good idea because of mister, peppermint oil is toxic for cats
@@Jocelynex my sister is a Vet and she gave a set to each of siblings. She always buy's the onesthat are pet and baby proof.
Hi from Latvia. I am pregnant as well and for sickness helpt me a fresh peppermint or camomile tee in the morning.
P. S. Soory for my spelling.. 😁
I love y'all!!!💓💋💓💋
Freeze Pedialyte in ice cube trays and suck on one when you feel nauseous. It works!
I wish I had heard this three weeks ago when my morning sickness was at its peak 😭.
Pedialyte tastes awful though. I just take zofran because of my HG. But I think I tried everything in the book lol. Gatorade is good to. Maybe she could make Gatorade ice cubes lol
They make popsicles too! Probably more expensive but super convenient
Im 28 weeks and i do that with Gatorade bc the Pedialyte is soo gross tasting(at least i hate the taste)..but its the best thing for me when in sick..
They have flavored pedialyte and it doesn't taste bad
When I was pregnant, green apple jolly ranchers, cinnamon altoids, and protein snacks helped my nausea. It's important to not get too hungry or it will make your nausea worse. Aaaargh i was hoping the ultrasound already took place. Sooooo excited!
Same! Twins twins twins!
I think you should get a nugget for the front room play area. It's a foam couch for kids. I think Emma would love that!
So sorry you all are not feeling good praying for you all. The backyard is going to be beautiful well wishes to you all
Lemon water, bananas, and carbs are what made me feel better with my morning sickness. Mashed potatoes and white rice with butter were pretty much all I could eat for about 7 weeks. I hope your morning sickness gets better soon and everyone else starts feeling better ❤️
Keep the drawing , like you said you will look back on it in years to come.

I’m happy that we’ve seen a little bit more of Mister lately! Even if its just for a second lol. He’s soooo cute.

Im having my first ultrasound too, just a day earlier! So excited for you all! It’s kind of cool to be going through this the same time as you! Praying everything goes well for you guys! ❤️
can you update up on yalls Dave Ramsey journey?!
Cucumbers with lemon and salt has helped with my morning sickness. You should really try it😊
Put sidewalk around perimeter of whole backyard. Kids will love going round and round with their bikes. Like a little race track.🥰
Hope you are all feeling much better soon! Love you guys!!! ❤️
Hope you’re all feeling much better soon, lots of love and hugs to you all... Excited for you all xxxx

Eat frequent small meals/snacks that are not so heavy on your stomach like fruit snacks and crackers buttered toast

I think its better if the pool is near the patio so that when you have like pool party, the patio is very useful.
I swear Emma said "JUSTIN" at 4:08 just as you did right before!!
Feel better soon everyone. ❤️
Preggy pops worked for me. Feel better Swannie Fam. Can’t wait for the ultrasound results! 💙💙
I’m so sorry everyone is having a hard time. I was scared something bad happened. Praying all the sickness goes away!
When the kids are older you’ll want the pool closer to the house so you can keep an eye on them- just a thought from experience
For nausea (and I had it BAD every time!! Like hospital stay bad.) peppermint helps as does keeping small amounts of food in your stomach at all times. Think crackers, toast, etc. Anything you are craving or can keep down.
Omg!!! I’m so excited. Praying for a smooth pregnancy/ pregnancies! ❤️ from Ohio
Hope you all feel better soon!! Excited to hear about ultrasound results. 🙏🙏🙏for perfect health for all.👼👼
Feel better folks
I can't wait your ultrasound . I want to know what you're having. good luck. I hope everyone gets better soon. I hope and pray its twins 🙏🙏
Peppermint tea, ginger tea, the raspberry Queasy Drops are amazing, buttered bread or toast, saltines or oyster crackers, & stay super hydrated. I had HG and all these helped me at different times
Feel better~~ good thing you have citrus trees to make tea. Lemon/honey tea🍵
uniqueckim i dont think shes a tea drinker
Gin-Gin ginger candies work so well for nausea. I don’t take pepto anymore, I just eat a couple Gin-Gins and it helps SOOOO much!
I have the same cold! I’m on day 3 right now. It’s not as bad today but I’m so tired and foggy feeling. Hope y’all start feeling better soon!
Preggy Pop Drops are the only things that helped my nausea when I was pregnant with my son!!! They have vitamin b6 in them which helps settle the stomach. You can get them on Amazon! And the flavors are delicious 😋 hope this helps Rachelle! ❤️
I used the sea bands for the most part and then unisom and B6 were a life saver!! It’ll help you get some rest too!
Ginger biscuit helped me so much during early pregnancy !! Hope You all feel better soon ❤️
I find light snacks every couple hours helps.
aw congrats!!
What helped with my nausea was b6 and also ginger. They have ginger gummies and ginger lollipops that are great if you’re not keen on the taste. Lemon tea works great and so does lemon ginger tea. All of those thing worked wonders when I was pregnant with my twins.
Preggie pop drops, frozen grapes, apple slices and jolly ranchers helped me the most with my pregnancy nausea!
Hope y’all are feeling better soon. Emma is adorable with that one little curl.
I hope you all feel better soon 💜
I love your dreams for the garden can’t. Wait to see it transform x
Preggy pop drops helped me a lot... Lemon heads... Plain lays chips helped me a lot.
Y’all should take a lot of vitamin C. Emergen-c is nasty but it’s a quick way to get a good dosage of it. Hope y’all feel better
No she can't. High levels of vitamin c can cause a miscarriage.
