- Welcome to Goose Goose Duck! Wait, this game seems familiar... It's basically Among Us but a lot of the modded elements we've come to know are actually natively integrated into the game. And I know a lot of the later Town of Us roles actually came from this game, so let's see how it is! Enjoy! :D

On that mansion map you can hide in the toilet as duck, or specific goose roles, and when someone has the task to plunge the toilet, you'll get flushed out into the pond.
Also you can drop something on the rug in the lobby, just do the duck task to the left of the door. (IF you have it)
my fave part of this game is when you stop it just slowly zooms in on the goose face lol
Lovers with Bonsai was perfect timing for chaos after you insulted him the round before! 😂😂
Pigeon = sneeze on everyone in one round, resets if meeting is called.
Its absolutely hilarious when the ducks kill someone and suddenly the Pidgeon wins because that was the person that they hadnt sneezed on lol
If there's not already a survivor equivalent, and nothing has the name "chicken", I propose that there be a survivor-type role called the Chicken. It makes sense, no?
I’m always happy to see Ze trying out new games, and this one was very enjoyable. While I can see the comparisons to Among Us, I do like the extra things included in GGD, such as the sabotages killers can enact on the geese, and the Party Duck role was extremely funny! The Pigeon role was also interesting for inspiring the killers not to move too slowly-Ze showed how expertly one can win with this role if people aren’t paying attention!
There were a few factors which I feel could be modified a bit. I’m not sure how I feel about the Silenced player not being visible to everyone, since then it can lead to scenarios like the one we saw, where a Baited killer can pretend to be Silenced to get out of explaining what happened. I understand that pretending to be Silenced can lead to interesting plays, but I feel it’s fairer for everyone to see who has been affected by killer abilities. I’m also not a big fan of Lovers not knowing who their partners are when the game starts, especially if they die together and have no other way of communicating separately from the group-that role seems very difficult to play with in large lobbies like this one.
There were some great moments in this lobby though, like the Ze-Moo chase and kill, the saga of Bonsai and Ze from enemies to Lovers, then back to enemies, lol, and Ze and Side being the dynamic Goose duo who saved the crew together! I also really enjoyed the wide variety of tasks, like playing the piano and dusting for fingerprints, plus the array of maps are a big benefit of this game! I hope if Ze and his friends try it again, we’ll get to see even more locations!

You should play on the Basement map because there’s a literal sabotage that force a meeting to be called AND randomly kills someone if there’s a tie or everyone skips. Also that map has the Pelican role and trust me it’s pretty chaotic and toxic 😂

Hopefully you figured out that the sneeze from the pigeon only gets one person per sneeze and if you have them already you can’t press the sneeze button around them again, so anytime you can press the sneeze button press it
If yall could play with cartoonz and his crowd that would be a FANTASTIC video. The mix up of all those types of humor would have me and others crying, I could almost guarantee it
GGD has its potential.
As much as we all love among us, a change of pace is pretty cool.
Plus, you can try out so many roles it has to offer.
Even when you get moidered in game, you can still discover the map and see all the secret places and stuff.

FINALLY!!! I have preached for ya'll to play this game since Town of Us included the Silencer.
But seeing Ze so confused kinda is a downer. This game is best when played slowly.
Also, Lovers only knowing who their Partner is once they see them has a reason. "Love at first sight".

This game has a lot of great roles (& plenty of silly ones too ofc lol). I'd love to see some of them get added to Town of Us or The Other Roles in Among Us, i.e.:
→ Dueling Dodos (as Jousting Jesters maybe) → Astral
→ Spy Duck → Professional Duck
→ Birdwatcher (but as an active ability, not a passive one) → Street Urchin
→ Pelican (to replace Janitor/ Cleaner) → Identity Thief
→ Ninja → Demolitionist, etc.
It would also be cool if some of the existing TOU roles adopted some GGD features, i.e.:
→ Morphling & Glitch kill animations showed the disguise
→ Engineer sees where sabos were called from on their map
→ Engineer & Jester hv a timer for how long they can stay in a vent
→ Plaguebearer can't be killed as long as they're near ppl (like Gravy) rather than being a perma-Veteran
→ Detective can see if ppl killed that round, not just in the last 10s, etc.
They probably won't call it Dueling Dodos, since a Dodo is a Jester

People keep comparing this to modded among us and judge it cause of that, even though the devs of this game actually implemented more than base game devs of among us and actually do listen to their community, shame
I hardly ever watch streams, even though I have had my Twitch for like, 7 years now, maybe even 8. I use it pretty much never. Thus, I've been subbed for most of the time, if not the entire time I've had this account, which is just over 9 years now.
You know I’d love it if you guys would play more GGD Ze. And it seems a lot of others would too. However I will respect your decision if this is only to be a one off type of thing.
If you do play more. I’d highly recommend trying out the various maps. There are plenty of fun things to do in them especially as the ducks.
Lots of environmental kills. Like dropping draw bridges. And bolder traps a-la Indiana jones. The chandelier like in this map.
If I recall correctly even in the first two maps you can with some work eject players out of the air lock as a sabotage.
Tons of fun to be had.
Either way I watch these videos because I like your personality.
This game is great, I'd love to see them play it more in the future. Maybe the Himi lobby should exclusively play GGD from now on lol - it seems like a good fit for them, especially w/ how the proxy chat works & how big the maps are.

I mean, Delirious played Among Us with some of this group and some of OTV a long while back, but Cartoonz' group just hits different. I don't think they would get along xD

@@cj-ace Why I'll absolutely agree on their 'chaos'-level, the Cartoonz-group has a kinda humour, that they seemingly "degrade" each other (which only works, because they know each other for so long). And they even had rage-quits because of this a couple of times (I remember Rilla and Delirious both having rage-quit moments, because Toonz and Squirrel went too far. And Kyle, oh poor Superkyle, is the target for most jokes)
When Delirious did play Among Us with an unusual group (the group I mentioned in my previous comment), he was suddenly so different, not loud, not at all "offensive", the only way I recognized him was through his voice.
Toonz group has a specific dynamic of extreme trolling and not giving a shit.
BUT would I want to see if I'm right or wrong? Absolutely xD
I think the best role from this game that the among us mod doesn't have is dueling dodos. My second favorite is definitely the bomb role (I don't remember what exactly it's called). I've had some good fun planting a bomb in a group then running off. It's a lot like poisoner, but the ticking on the victim add so much drama.
dueling dodos just isn't very balanced. In the among us mod, the only thing that is actually suspicious anymore is killing, the dueling dodos role gets rid of that though because the murderer can just be a jester.
@@Smileyreal yeah, I don't think people would play it very often. Only in very big lobbies would it be a little interesting. But I don't think I'd make dueling dodos a jester thing. Maybe dueling glitches or something like that.

@@killsode4760 Not at that moment, but that'd be funny! I have no clue where my Hashbrown is at the moment! But despite being a chihuahua, he only barks while playing, or meeting someone outside the family (like a knock on the door as an indicator of that).

Haven't been watching recently because you haven't been playing things I enjoy, but I love goose goose duck!
Did they fix the jester yet? Or is it still ridiculously overpowered? Oh, wait, that's the Town of Salem one... all those Among Us games kinda blend together, I can't remember the rules. The only thing I know about this one is that Hylo played it a lot.
So they have a new role called dueling dodo.
So you have to do all your tasks, then you get a kill button, and have to kill the other jester, then you can get voted out for being jester (if you do it before you kill the other dodo, it doesn't count)

Not gonna lie, people blatantly throwing games like that just sucks all of the fun out of it. Himi is the worst one to do this. I mean...if it's really that hard to play the game the way it was designed, and make it fun without bullshit like that, then maybe you guys should find a different game. Bits are fine (Ze and Bonsai in a lovers quarrel) but damn...
The sound goes out if sync at the start hope it gets fixed during it, nope it doesn't get fixed :(

i play this almost every weekend with a handful of friends. Its great, has some downsides (lack of customization for tasks and such irritate me but isnt that big a deal) but overall love it.
We never play with the in-game mic though because most of us dont have a proper headset and the audio in this game isnt that great.

Nuh, it's better than Among Us, they just deactivated some crucial stuff, like tasks to activate the sabos. And Ze pretty much rushes through, instead of looking around. You can hide as a killer. You can flush yourself in the toilet. And there are more maps than in Among Us, some of which with special alterations to the overall gameplay.
And best of all. It's free.
Among Us ain't free and has to be modded to somewhat reach that level.

I have one role for you that disproves you: the pelican. You can eat players, who only die if a meeting is called. Until that happens you can be sliced open and all your victims escape. It's hilarious with proximity. I bodyguards someone as the pelican because he's complained about being eaten three times in a row, so I said "Not today, my friend!" and then I ate anyone who came near him. They were all talking to me so I had to keep telling the voices to shut up.
