I have 3 apps but I didn't know they were apps. Now I have a name. And these were "offered" to me so I don't remember how I got them. Offered, like Kindle asked do you...? and I said yes. I like that one particularly because it sends any article I'm reading on the Internet on my Kindle. I'm not sure I believe you when you say those web apps don't work on our mobile. One time I was looking for directions and Google maps offered to send it to my Androids. I said yes and now I have an app called Google Drive, and it's working (except for my house being at the wrong place). TFS, stay safe, Nicole from Ontario
I am not having that problem, but making sure all your OS and Chrome is up to date should help, and if it still happens check which extensions are running, one might be casusing a problem.
Thanks-I also liked that Chrome under extensions I have installed gives me at the top an option to update at one time all of my extensions. Sorry I don't know what the area is called menu choice?

What is the difference between google calendar extension and using through chrome browser? I tired dark mode browser. My yahoo email looks weird, google calendar is difficult to read purple, but the words are fine. Is it like trial by error to see if it works?

I see the extension in the page where all extensions are listed, but I don't see the icon to the right of the browser address bar, nor when I click on the three vertical dots icon. I notice your address bar is a lot shorter than the one I see in my browser. Any suggestions? Thank you.

@@dottotech Found the answer to my question. For the benefit of others, here's the solution. There is a jigsaw puzzle icon (Extensions) to the right of the address bar. I clicked on the icon and it opens up and displays extensions. I then clicked the Pin icon of my two extensions of interest (Passkeeper and Adblockplus). It automatically resizes the address bar and displays the extensions permanently.

My laptop version of extensions can only be added using Microsoft Edge. Do extensions added in edge work even if I don't use Edge as my main browser?
