Jimmy is a wonderful raconteur. He's met all the greats...Sinatra, Elvis even....and I am sure the list goes on. The London Palladium was the UK's centre of British entertainment in the 60s and 70s.
So good to see Jimmy still walking the boards, loved him from the very first time I saw him, he was a breath of fresh air & came just at the right time, not many Liverpool comedians about at that time, his cocky, confident style, gave him the limelight that he deserved. Keep going Jimmy, the boards will Never stop calling you. x
Jimmy Tarbuck saw him tonight at Barry Manilows concert and was hilarious 😆 I love him and a true legend. It’s great to say I’ve seen Jimmy Tarbuck at London palladium 🎉 I adore him ❤️
Completely agree. He was dreadful, unfunny and having had the misfortune to have met him once, arrogant. He and Cilla were two peas in a pod. Right place right time, minimal talent.
I love Jimmy Tarbuck, but the Royals don't need any support whatsoever. They don't need to join a list. How about all the poor folk who have illnesses such as cancer, but have been waiting on the waiting lists for an operation for ages? The Royals need to put their own hands in their pockets because this country is sadly in a sad state.
The usual nasty minded trolls! Never understand why not liking an entertainer entitles you to be so personally offensive. Its childish and spiteful.Get a life for Heavens sake.
@@Isleofskye Ha ha .strange how Jimmy tries very hard to come across as a loveable rogue! He was a rogue indeed. Just Google Terry Thomas. Cigarette case incident.
Jimmy Tarbuck one great guys all the best to him
Remember seeing Jimmy on the North Pier at Blackpool when he was just starting out. He was the star of the show. Great to see him looking so well.
Loved listening to Jimmy's stories, very interesting. Lovely man.

Legend ...
great to see Jimmy back juggling! don't you just love him.
Great man love him 😊
We saw he at our local assembly hall in 2016, a fantastic evening.
Him and Kenny Lynch were a brilliant double act
When he compèred at the London Palladium he was pretty dire. A very fortunate man to have been in the right place at the right time!
To be honest couldn’t most of them fall into the category of dire. Cilla Black and before his downfall Barrymore. Today it’s Stephen Mulhern

@@andrewroberts4736 You’re dead right about Cilla too. I met her and she was unbelievably aloof & rude.
He never had a renaissance like Brucey or Des O'Connor. His career ended in the '80s.
Cilla and Tarbuck the only Scouse Tories. Both lived in Surrey 50 years after leaving Merseyside.
Fantastic guy.. Just as nice off stage too.
Elvis is the standalone icon. No other star had his aura or mystique
A lovely thing to say get well to the king and princess of Wales and a tear 😢
I used to very much enjoy Winner Takes All back in the day.
Proper entertainment
Saw Jimmy in a review at the Palladium called 'London Laughs' in 1966, I think.
Just before he finished, she said "Brilliant" and started to clap knowing the audience would join in. lol
Ambassador of the past in " the entertainment world 🌎
I’m 70 today, and I remember jimmy when I was younger, always like him, what a great guy, and told a good jokes ❤
Happy 70th,My Friend. I will join the Club on the 18th May:)
So glad he looks well and is so much happier since all those awful accusations made against him ❤
Gave him £5 a night in 1966 and I’d still give him the same now, still doing the same act

He's right what he said about Elvis. Elvis would have sold out Wembley stadium 5 times over long live the king and Jimmy

He’s still on the rains list. Wonder why he’s popped up again?
I am amazed he went back on this show with those hypocrites especiallybafter the last time
Memories of the palladium but he can't remember smashing into parked cars then driving off a few months back 😂
the only comedian ever, who got famous for not being.....funny
Absolutely terrible comedian stole a living
Whoever told this man he was funny is to blame! 😊
So pleased he did not support Everton. A classic professional scouser.
Embarrassment to the city
Name dropper 😂 clang clang.
Mr Tarbrush 😂
Sod of sating that about royal family
Same old stories, he was never funny.
Awful…..never funny…only to the masses ….just sayin …🤷🏼♂️
He was funny a few months ago smashing into parked cars .But for some reason he couldn't remember to stop no memory😂
Of course the Elvis Presley story is true ( cough cough )
Elvis and Frank Sinatra,Bob Hope and Bing Crosby were all great fans of Tarby................
According to Jimmy Tarbuck they were. If Elvis was a big fan why did he ask where he was from on the alleged meeting?
@@MultiBULLYBEEF I think Elvis was asking him whether he came from Halton, Knowsley or The Wirral...:)

never funny
About as funny as having kidney stones, but a good driver!
Mentions the Royal family and god in the first minute,
Tv = fake af
Really when the king at this very time as turned his back on true patriots that have concerns of this country
