Something's trying to move down there, It's the magma far below the plates that's getting charged up magnetically cause everything to move from all that Soalr activity recently, in Solar max but we are not at the peak of Solar max 2025 yet so this is concerning we have so much movement this early.

i was out at Glamis Imperial Sand Dunes last night do night-lapses - it's 23mi east of Brawley. the weather was perfect! 81° after midnight! tho, a bit windy & gritty (sand!)
    i felt some of ''larger" quakes betw 00:00 - 03:00 - around 02:23 or so... (1.4 & 1.6...) parked at the overlook.
i just wanted to see if i could feel any of this swarm. so i packed up the dogs & cameras for a night drive. would there be a big quake??? not last night...
but, yeah... i could feel them. if it's quiet & still. they were roll-y feeling. not jolt-y - i was sitting in my truck.

I live in Yuma Arizona and this stuff happens all the time but it is a swarm. We have felt a few shakers around here which is not normal. I was living here in Yuma at the time of the 2010 quake Easter Sunday and I was literally on the ground. My son and I were leveling the soil for a upgrade on a turtle pond. I could literally feel the ground turning to something like quicksand. it was liquefaction. The P&S waves lasted 2 minutes and 54 seconds.
I thought the Earth was going to open up and eat me alive and everything was going to fall in. It was my first earthquake originally being from New York City.
I live in a modular home. Did you have protective straps you can put on your home to keep it from falling apart but not from keeping it from falling over. So yes I do worry.
And when you think about it the only safe place that you can be during an earthquake is it up in the air.
It can be a terrifying feeling but it's not as terrifying if you are prepared. I'm not talking about panicked I'm talking about being prepared.
Don't fall for the Dutchsinse bulshit.

This has everything to do with the massive geomagnetic storms in the last week from the sun hitting earth.
Several X class solar flares--the largest possible--hitting earth along with a number of smaller and medium ones (class M, etc.) putting strain on the earth's magnetic field (decreasing it by 10%). That's what caused the Aurora Borealis to be seen as far south as more tropical equatorial regions.
As several academic studies including one whose results were published last year by Polish researchers, increased coronal mass ejections/solar flares contribute to increased vulcanism and plate tectonic movements (earthquakes) on earth.
The same thing happened with the Japanese earthquake on Jan 1st. A major class X flare hit earth on Dec 31. And why volcanoes simultaneously went off last year in Iceland, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the Philippines, etc. and caused magma rising underground in Yellowstone, Campo Flegrei, and Long Valley caldera.
Right now the areas most likely to be affected by the past weeks geomagnetic storms are the Aleutian islands and eastern Russia, California from Mexico up especially Northern California, northwest China, Mongolia, Afghanistan, northern Spain/southern France, northern Italy, Turkey/Iran, etc.--and the southern areas around the New Madrid fault. And in the southern hemisphere around western Australia, New Zealand, South
Africa, and the southern tip of South America and ocean around it.

@@rubidiumeater There are a few studies around the subject, it's no longer theoretical. There are several proposals put forward as to how a lot of this happens given that earth is a magnetosphere, and the charged particles making it to earth go through the planet. In most cases there is a lot of space between atoms and within and these particles just slip through. However the core of the earth is extremely heavy and dense compacted by pressure and its here where solar particles are less likely to pass through. They're also focusing on the ionized energy in the atmosphere product of these waves altering the electromagnetic field of the planet.
For that matter it doesn't just affect earth. It affects all biological life particularly animals and humans. Animals like migratory birds and whales have tiny amounts of magnetite that they normally use to align with earth's magnetic field lines to reach their destination. Humans have it too. Like a compass aligning with the shifting poles. And humans are also basically bodies of chemical water that also have charges and polarities. When these solar flares hit, it also alters temporarily animal and human biology. Symptomatic at least. What may perhaps be more long term is changes to chromosomal evolution from the increased radiation. There's a lot of area of study there.
In terms of earthquakes, and solar flares however there's no question there is a definitive correlation. And causation is also strongly implied according to researchers.

Hind Rajab (6 years old) and her family were fleeing the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City when an Israeli army tank shot at their vehicle, killing Rajab's aunt, uncle, and four cousins. The only other survivor at the time, Rajab's 15 year old cousin, called the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) for emergency aid in a recorded phone call, crying and screaming that Israeli forces were shooting at them amid the sound of gunfire before going silent when she was also killed.
Six year old Rajab was then the sole survivor in the car, surrounded by the dead bodies of her family, and her subsequent emergency three-hour phone call with PRCS was released, in which she told the dispatcher, "I'm so scared, please come. Come take me. Please, will you come?" Hind was also eventually killed by Israeli forces.
A PRCS ambulance was sent to rescue Rajab, which was attacked by Israeli forces, killing two PRCS paramedics, Yusuf Zeino and Ahmed al-Madhoun, in a deliberate attack according to the organization, and despite the fact that Israel was notified of its dispatch. Israel claimed that its troops were not near the vehicle in which Rajab was killed. However, Al Jazeera and The Washington Post refuted Israel's claims, basing their investigations on satellite imagery.
