I'm also a WA golfer seeking birdies (and also dreading the lost balls that I shoot too far left) and I got some course recommendations. If you haven't played them, I reccomend you try out the Olympic Course at Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton and also Trophy Lake Golf Course in Port Orchard. Both are fantastic courses!
