Storm surge feels kinda bad on vlad tbh. Vlad doesn't really want singletarget damage. Shadow flame is pretty nutty though!
ive had bad results building stormsurge into cosmic drive, I think rocketbelt into shadowflame is a better build path tbh. Any tips on how to build him?

idk if you read these but i really enjoy the much less heavily edited style of video where we can actually watch the trades and the wave management. even if the pace is slower it's nice to see the intricacies of the match play out when the match isn't crammed into a 10- to 15-minute span
