@@chieludz No, you might be on to something there. It seems that almost every time someone we know is depressed or a friend or family member, we try to distract them from thinking those thoughts. I personally hate when people do this because it's only ever temporary. You can't keep distracting them with something else. You have to actually try to hear them out and get them help. Not try to distract them from thinking negatively.
