Just done the same to my van last week, instead of just a timber on the floor I made a box so the rover goes in and I can get my knapsack on top of it without risk of something snapping the lance Fingers crossed for a good year again
Hi Scott nice set up I’ve never been that organised, rough and ready for me I could deal with having a new van I’d worry about to much. I hate dealing with roof racks so a van that can fit the longer ladders in is great. Good video 🙂👍
when I pass my driving test this year it's going to be hard trying to find a van for me, as I'll only be able to drive an automatic and most vans are manual. the van I have my eye on is the berlingo multispace, which is the passenger version of the berlingo van, so you can remove the rear seats and have a flat loading bay. I think for what I'll need it for it should be perfect for a first car/van
Missed this vid Scott. Lovely van and set up. What thickness of ply is it lined with? Also, what's the ball park figure for a new tow bar fitted? Cheers.
I,m about to buy the same size van as yours, and plan on sectioning the front corner off and putting a camping toilet in ,theres nowt worse than wanting a pee while on a garden job.
Nice tidy van, I bought the L2 Boxer lat year but I need to sort out the racking on it. Do you have a link for those clamps that were sliding on the rail?
What can I say, Only the best quality stickers are used at Lawn Guy towers! I've not used my new mowers either, for the same reason. What's the plan for your old mowers?
It's good to see you doing well. Seat covers are always what I get done first.
Thanks mate may need some covers before it’s too late.
Awesome
Gorgeous van. I love your racking and van set up. BRILLIANT!!!
Thanks mate I’m pleased with it.
Love a new van. That spade and shovel holder looks a good idea.
They are from screwfix. Early days they seem ok but interested to see if they last long term being plastic.
Spade hooks great idea I just got a van already got a kit in the back ,was plumber van add in more hooks ,make sure stuff secure main goal
Hope u have a good year scott. All the best. Cant beat a new van
And to you mate thanks.
New van looks good Scott 👍👌
Thanks Jamie I’m pleased with it.
Hi Scott, great video! Love the set up. What width of hooks are they for your hedge cutters? 150mm? 200mm?
Hi mate, thanks and those hooks are 200mm
@@scottellwoodgardening287 Thanks Scott 👍🏼
The 🚐 looks great 👍
Thanks mate.
Hi with all the fixtures and fittings are the screws drilled into just the plywood or through the ply wood into the side of the van
Just into the plywood. You just have to be careful with weight. If I leave batteries in the long hedge cutters the screws pull out.

Tidy van will make it so much easier than the cramped mess last year mate. And yes hoping for a good year for us all.
Nice one👍 had my relay l3h2 from new for 4 and half years now with very little issues 👌
They seem like a good van mate.

Thanks mate it won’t stay tidy for long 🙈
Good van I used to put my ferris 36 stander through the side door very handy. I also got a bigger van to cut down on trailer use for ride ons
It makes it so much easier as some of my sites are really tight. I think my 36 would go through the side door too.
Lovely mate👍🏼
Thanks mate I’m pleased with it.

The first vehicle is always the hardest. Finding the right van insurance etc. good luck with it.
Nice van. Congratulations. I wish we had manual transmission vans in the USA.
Thanks. 90% of uk vans are manual.

The ply is 10mm and I don’t have a tow bar yet but they are around £250 including electrics.
@@scottellwoodgardening287 Thanks Scott. I appreciate the reply. Good luck with the season…. This rain has to stop at some point.
@@thesmithsfamily1901 good luck to you too.
Nice van mate
Looks ideal.
Wish I went bigger when I got my transit
Always next time mate but it is a big benefit.

Yes it’s not the best trade for that 😂
Nice tidy van, I bought the L2 Boxer lat year but I need to sort out the racking on it. Do you have a link for those clamps that were sliding on the rail?
Hi mate they were from screwfix, smith and Locke tool hangers. Early days to see wether they last as they are plastic.

What's the plan for your old mowers?
😂 I’m keeping the old ones as skates I think although new gear rarely goes wrong to be fair so I should probably cash them in.
Hi where did you get the clips for the shovel and folk? Lovely looking van 👍
Thanks Carl, screwfix, smith and Locke tool hangers.
nearly bought one of these a few weeks ago
You looking bigger mate ?
You could probably get my little NV200 in the back of your new van!😂
😂It’s a decent size for sure.
Iv a boxer i take a lawn mower and a john deere x540 in the back its very handy mine is a 2007 l2 h1 id go your size but the fiat nxt time
Hi Noel. All these size vans look very similar and are probably made at the same place I think.
@@scottellwoodgardening287 they are its a fiat van with a ford engine keep her looked after at a main dealer if u can this 2ltr engine is giving hasle
Hi mate hard 2 keep a van clean when doing gardening regards
It is in this trade mate.
