The stack is quite expensive for people who are not sponsored so ig everyone can just stick on to whey and creatine ...and consume veggies and foods based from natural sources...if anyone would like to add something more then multivitamins would be the option but other than that i dont think we should be spending a lot on all these until and unless you are too focused on to this field ...
