    Hey Nate I found you through a mutual love of zipline and I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to yet another skill pursuit. Keep up the great work!

    Thanks Nate. I enjoyed watching but I realized this is way above my current level. I'll go back and find your other vids first. I found out today when recording my 30 second clip for the sling contest that I am way behind! I haven't been giving begleri much attention in the past couple weeks and I am really new to it, so I want to get back into it!

    Been looking forward to this. Will be playing probably in slo mo once I'm off work. You rock. The cicadas make it calming!

      I’m glad they’re calming to the viewer. For me, while filming, were driving me crazy.

    Perfect timing Nate! I’ve been trying to learn the zoot and this is helpful for me. Also, I haven’t tried the drop whirl yet, but will give that a shot too!

    I started learning modern yoyoing 7 months ago and have come so far. This really interests me too..would you say that the mechanics you have to develop for this carries over to yoyoing?

    • @natemartsolf
      @natemartsolf  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Perhaps a little. Any muscle memory built in one skill will usually carry over in some form or another into another skill toy, such as yoyo.

      @@natemartsolf to be honest I've only decided to get into it. In terms of which to get I'm not sure. That's another rabbit hole to jump down. Are there performance differences or do you just go with the most anesthetic or best feeling from a tactile perspective

    • @natemartsolf

      There are some difference in play feel with the shapes, sizes, and weights. I’d recommend the set I’m using in these videos. They’re fairly affordable, have a couple of different color choices, and sling very well. The link to where to buy them is in the description.
