Plz keep doing these. I stoped using suite dash cus I was wayyyy overwhelmed by everything. Especially for a newbie starting a bussines. Now your doing these slow paced videos I'm very much interested in starting to use suitedash again
Video Idea... This video is Excellent, very detailed. Can you do a video(s) on a few community library templates from different industries. Think showing some of the ways the community use it in the "Real" world would be very helpful.
Hi Ivan, we don't have this built directly into the Tasks that are inside Projects, but you can accomplish this using our Drip Automations or Scheduled Automations. These mechanisms, let you build custom reminder sequences (among other things) and assign them where they are needed. In your case, you would assign the Target to a Schedule which would send reminders based on your configuration. When the task is completed, you can use the automations associated with that task completion to remove the Target from the Schedule, which means they won't receive any more reminders. The advantage of doing it this way is that you can custom build reminder sequences to use in any part of the platform, or for any purpose and easily control the start/stop by using Automations and/or the Dynamic Logic Engine.
As a subscriber to Suite Dash it is disturbing to see that relatively reasonable questions are not replied to. "Is there a way to automate email reminder for pending and overdue tasks?" This is a great question, and one I am very interested in the answer.
Hi there, we do our best to answer all questions across all the many channels where our customers are asking. TH-cam is not the top priority, but we do our best to come here and reply every 1-2 weeks.
