If you're in cycles, you can render points as spheres with infinite resolution. This is especially useful in geometry nodes where you can specify the radius of points and also place then wherever you need.

You can definitely find different ways to implement similar designs to cylinders and even have more floral patterns. Maybe I'll try to make tutorials on that in a future video. You can always send in a DM at deayanstudios on instagram as well.
