Obviously we all used to listen to these guys on the TV broadcast all the time back in the day, but as far as radio goes I first remember hearing them in the series versus Washington in 2017! That was when my second son was born and my mom used to come over and help me with the kids and when I would drive her back home or sometimes to the bus station, I would listen to the games in the car, Beeping my horn as I drive through Peel Region to the GTA! What’s funny is how back in the day, everyone in the city knew the Leafs were playing, but now, with the demographic changes, it’s rare to find Leafs fans on the street. That’s why it’s so important for us fans to break out our Leafs gear all playoffs long and make noise on the streets! The LEAFS ARE COMING HOME! Let’s show them we are out here!!! But listening to these guys on the radio makes me feel like I’m there at the game! Best radio broadcast team on the planet!! 🌎
The penalty call leading up to the 1st Bruins goal, Ralph and Bowen call it like it is!!! THAT is the reason why they are not on TV! The TSN crew said the exact opposite like daddy trained them to!
