thanks for reaching out!
Maybe technology will evolve someday to the point where you can get a 3D model from a point cloud automatically but we're not quite there yet ;)
In the meanwhile, maybe you want to check out our Plugins for Revit (bit.ly/3wVTOh1) or Archicad (bit.ly/3gb0fH5). They'll help you transform that point cloud data to a BIM model in next to no time.

@@PointCab good day I look around in different directions and options, We are almost there can you check this video th-cam.com/video/V8pXlqKbvbg/w-d-xo.html ? I did some testing real accurate ( 1mm) in seconds please try it out!
