Earl Moss at Langley Speedway approximately 1964-1965

These clips are of the #300 coupe racing at Langley speedway in Hampton, Virginia. It appears to be two, maybe 3 different race dates. NASA wind tunnel is clearly evident beyond turns one and two.
According to records online, Moss finished second at Langley on October 25, 1964 in a NASCAR modified.
According to the same site online, 90 is Sonny Hutchins. 4 is Ted Hairfield. Frankie Burnham is 33.
