There is no fixed time for this. This depends on how much waiting period is there in that company. It depends from company to company.

That's company policy. We get that deducted money after 8 months once we get 2nd mate licence

Yes you can do gp rating course but my suggestion is if you have done 12th from PCM and you have marks above minimum requirements, you should go for dns, bsc or btech in ME

You have a criteria for English as well. That is also 60 percent

60 it was in 2018.
Bhaiya aap kon se college se vaha jo non sponsored like bsc in ns and b tech in me kaisi hai i want to record.
Bhai I've passed out from IMU Chennai and for btech in ME and bsc NS you don't need sponsorship.
