I think mystic Goku in the tournament of power would be as powerful as the first stage of omen Goku, it’s mainly because omen was first scene and described as a limit breaking form, and it’s not just Goku’s full potential, but also his knowledge, and power of god ki, boosting it.
I find this What If the best one you made. Goku using the Ultimate Form since unlocking it and no longer relying on any Super Saiyan forms and staying Ultimate to Ultra Instinct.

I have a what if idea. What if piccolo trained goten and trunks in time chamber sooner in buu saga? Goku tells buu to wait a couple of days and we saw thirty minutes in chamber helped them two of them power up a lot so a full year would allow them to really raise their power. Ultimate gohan probably won’t even be needed here
The Kaioken shouldn't really count in his potential. That's power he's getting from a technique, not his base or power from is transformations. Though he could probably combine Kaioken with Ultimate.
So if Potential Unleashed is mixed and combined with his Ultra Instinct Omen and Mastered Ultra Instinct how strong is he getting at this point? Is his MUI easier to control and manage then in Cannon?
What if every z fighter got there potential unleashed that would be dope and be able to stack any other power with it imagine a ultimate blue evolved Vegeta or ultimate blue kk x20 Goku let alone a master ultimate ultra instinct later on ultimate potential unleashed yellow piccolo and I still believe ultimate beast gohan is a better name or ultimate potential unleashed 2 or ultimate Super Saiyan 2 (because of the hair)
That’s not how that works. Ultra instinct is accessed when extreme conditions are met and the user goes into instinct. Power requirements aren’t a factor. Don’t talk about crap you don’t know anything about.
Yeah the spirit bomb being condensed by the opposing forces of Goku and Jiren. (Simplified) then Goku's depleted body being filled with life energy from the Genki Dama (spirit bomb) So I do know what I'm talking about
Suggestion: What If goku had a twin brother. Saiyan name could be a vegetable that's similar to carrots. Earth name could be an existing character who's based of the monkey king, sun wukong who goku is based off of.
