Steelbeak looks like a maitre d standing at those controls for his robot.
The only new DD villain in this DD game is Tuskernini. They could have put other DD villains in their like Negaduck, Amonia Pine, Taurus Bulba
@kevindavis296 The NES game by Capcom had seven different villains (eight if you count Negaduck in the Advance hack).
I don't know though i love what they did here with those animations & all,still the 8bit versions of capcom's games are more appealing to me!
Just an incompetent developer because the console can look and sound so much better than this. Just like most US made Genesis games that used the console's resources and sound very poorly.

These boss fights are ridiculous. Darkwing duck for the NES was a more entertaining game.
@JaythePandaren91 Darkwing Duck on NES was essentially Mega Man but with a duck. That should come as no surprise, since that game was developed by Capcom, who also created the Mega Man series and the other Disney Afternoon games on NES.
