Yes. Rhythm Ta is said to be their debut song. Tho technically they released My Type as a warm up single and it ended up being a huge hit. (They debut after a successful survival show Mix and Match on MNET Tv channel) so they already had a following/fandom in Korea. Rhythm Ta followed 2 weeks later and also did good. They were called monster rookies and swept all rookie awards in Korea and also in China and Japan
...........then YG decided to ship them off as cash cow to tour 2 years in Japan. Japan ate it up. They literally had no promoted release in Korea. 2017 randomly Bling Bling and Bday, that Hanbin didn't want as title songs, but YG needed more music for tours bc literally 2 years they toured with 1 album - 9 songs. They lost their Korean fandom in the meantime. 2018 is the first time they even had any 0T7 variety on TV or promoted properly and it paid off. Love Scenario happened finally rebuilding in 2018 in a big way. Followed by Killing me which caught interest of International fans too. Hope they don't get shipped off again or hopefully they have more of a say now.
