That's an excellent track, and I've listened to a LOT of epic music. Fantastic use of instruments, lots of surprises, clean clear sound...10/10, will definitely listen many more times.

This is decent - Getting Superman / Starfield vibes with this one, sounds impressively polished as usual, and not too heavy. Sonic brilliance again from RSM, but I do have to say though, and it's just a personal taste/opinion, that so many trailer tracks have virtual brass instruments playing the melody. It's expected and widely used / cliché, but personally I'd rather hear something a bit different on the melody line myself, not because it doesn't sound good, but because so many tracks in this genre has the same thing going on almost all the time.

It's pretty easy to see why. Compared to brass, woodwinds can't exactly go as powerful or have higher dynamics overall. It mostly has to do with what will cut through the mix while still carrying a big presence. Even in orchestral settings, high brass usually does have more exposure when it gets busy in the music compared to the woodwinds. Then there's vocals or choir, which is usually on the higher end of the sound spectrum, which can carry melodies at times.
