I would have never thought to use skewers and wood glue to plug a hole. That’s inspired. I love the spiders. I wasn’t crazy about the stripes but I did like the rest of it. Well done.

Love that skewer tip! I never fail to learn something new when watching you. The base paint paint tape trick is my favorite paint hack of all time. I use it with topcoat too. So sad your tape betrayed you! But you saved it and crushed it! I love how this turned out. Truly grungy and spooky in the best way!

I line mine with high quality ziplock bags and it doesn't have to be the Glad brand just a good quality one preferably the one where you can write stuff on!
I lable the bag with the date, type and brand of paint laying it in the container and rolling down the top and paint my heart out and when I'm done just close it up till I need it again! I've had some in the bags, for over a year with zero problem!

Oh, I love the ol Gentleman’s Wardrobes. I’m using the C & M boutique adhesive and primer on two pieces now and love it. Normally I avoid white primers but this one is awesome.
It’s now past witching hour so going to have to come back tomorrow to see the finish, which I’m sure will look gorgeous
Glad you like the primer, it's great stuff! /if you want a grey primer you can always add a small amount of black paint to the primer to make it grey
