I bought my HP pavilion laptop 5 years back with 16gb RAM, i7 8th gen & 1050Ti. It looks exactly same as yours. My camera cable got cut due to its hinge mechanism. I won't close the lid at all, I always keep it open like a desktop monitor. Since the battery duration is also low, it stays connected to power supply always (I've set max charge as 80% to maintain good battery health). Still, it rocks, I've played all the recent major PC games in my laptop.
