I have a rat terrier. She ain't been around snakes, at least not the scaly ones. I was glad I got a good hold on her before the policeman came in my door without a warrant. Free Thinker The only fake Christians are the ones who won’t or are too afraid to stand up and speak the truth. That truth is in the Scriptures. You can reject that truth or embrace it. The best dog I ever had in my life was a collie I named Major. He was in a very bad car wreck with my Mom and myself outside Canton, MS. when I was in the 6th grade. (I am 67 btw) Major was lost for a week and after we were flown home to our local hospital in AR. Major was found by the good people of Jackson and Canton, MS. and was shipped home to us. The "Lassie Come Home" moment was when a neighbor friend let Major run up the hill (our house was at the bottom of the hill from the hospital) to me as I slipped out of my room to hug Major. Will never forget that moment and Major lived until I was in the 10th grade and I had to put him down due to gangrene setting in his leg from a dog fight. Greatest dog I ever owned and I've owned a few but truthfully, Major owned me for many years. I miss him to this day!

Terriers are the best dogs. They have a different kind of personality. Terriers were bred to kill critters of one kind or another. Rodents mostly. Some were bred to be small so they would fit into holes in the ground to go after rodents or to put them in the wall of a house to go get rodents. Even the elegant looking little Yorkshire Terrier is a ratter. People put bows in their hair but that does not remove the killer’s heart in most of them.
The majority of terriers are small but they have a big personality. You can baby them and they love it but they are still tough dogs and full of energy. They need a job to be happy even if it is only guarding against killers, thieves, and rapists. Walk them three times a day and you have one content little killer.

Ellie L I just laugh when people call yorkies “purse dogs”...these people have never witnessed a Yorky in action! Our two yorkies (weighing in a 3 and 6 pounds) are the most lethal critters living on our farm. They are incredibly fast and can kill vermin before they know what hit them...the cats on the other-hand...not so much!
Sunrise! The cats are smart and love the terriers so they let them take care of the vermin. Lol

Our Yorkie just got a rabbit close to his size.
I love the rat terriers, I have one that’s 16, can’t hear it thunder and has 7 teeth left, but I love her and she’s one of the best dogs I’ve ever had.

Phil’s chats and podcasts has helped me through this whatever it is we are being put through. My walk with the lord has been rough till the last couple years and hearing Mr Phil’s preaching and life philosophy puts me back on path. You Robertson kids were blessed with a fine dad but I’m sure like most kids y’all all thought he was just a dumb old man when y’all was young. I told my dad before he passed away by the time I get to be his age he will be a rocket scientist to me. Thank you Mr Phil
The Robinson family should pool their money together and make there own TV show. Be protected under the constitution and tell the big corporate networks to go piss up a rope. They still got a big audience bass

They have a podcast and Willie has 2 shows on here Duck Commander and Buck Commander where they do the videos like they used to. I doubt they would want to deal with contracts and whatever else comes with it if it ever came down to making a show for tv but they should cause nothing good comes on anymore

I have 2 rat terriers my husband drives truck they know he's commin when he's 15 minutes away they pace till that semi hits the side drive then they go crazy and I will have ratties forever great mousers lol

Lois Russell, I have a mixed Schipperke and they r ratters as well. I don’t know what she’s mixed w/ but it could b a rat Terrier. What ever she’s mixed w/ she’s a blessing n many ways and she helps me w/ my depression and exercise/walking/health.
We were visiting a neighbor at their garage and she was very interested n whatever creatures were among their stuff n their garage. So I’ve seen her keen ability to sense out those varmints. Lol 😉
She LOVES laying by my 🚪 at all times.

I have a 12 lb. Chihuahua. His name is Chi Chi. Best dog ever.! The Mayans new a great dog when they had one. He is also part dachshund. mix. Super smart. Aggressive to people coming to the door. He hears the vehicle pull up to the curb. !
