@LiveOkie Granted, Salvador didn't call on the name of the Lord. But I think we can state it as, "Christ is his/the only savior, whether he accepts it or not". It's a gift that can be refused, but it doesn't change the fact Christ is THE savior of the world. Scripture says so, e.g. Jon 3:17, 1 Timothy 1:15, 1 John 2:2. (Calvinists would disagree with the "can be refused" part, but that's beside the point in my opinion). It's an interesting and thought-provoking point of semantics though - thanks for the comment!

@@raylee5461 Yes, compared to God Himself. However, God made us in His image, but not as Himself like a clone. There is good reason for that. That difference is the allowance of free will so that we have a choice, and if we mistake our choices, He even grants us with forgiveness through the death of His Son Jesus Christ. This is because God understands how he made us. Ben Affleck experienced a full round of sinful life and coming to forgiveness through repentance. In Biblical days , you would have to take a sacrificial animal to the high priest on the day of atonement (one day a year) , for remission of your sins. After Jesus was sacrificed on the cross , there was no longer the need to do this. Jesus became our high priest. He paid our sin debt with HIS blood. He is the FINAL sacrifice. Thus , called the Lamb of God. Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Praise Jesus! I love you Lord! ❤😊

The young lady in the video seemed to have a truely sincere heart that is open to finding the Savior. It's almost like you can see the change of mind, when she hears the Good News of the Gospel. And the relief that there is hope to defeat death, by Grace through faith, we are born again. Praise Jesus!

Not only did the voice come from heaven at Jesus baptism, but also at His transfiguration. And it was proved by His resurrection, where He appeared to 500 at one time, and many others over about 40 days. They believed in Him so much, they were willing to die to say they had seen the resurrected Christ. The devil is the father of lies, according to the Bible, your words are not true. "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God." 1 Corinthians 1:18, KJV. You can choose to disbelieve the Bible in it's entirety, or to pick and choose parts to disbelieve. (God gave us free will to choose.) If you die without a Savior, you have no forgiveness of sins, and must pay for them yourself. It is the Grace of God who forgives man, through the Son, and our Lord Jesus Christ. Sin, and the devil, blinds the eyes of the unbeliever. Do not trust in your mind, or anyone elses, trust the Word of God. Jesus is the Word, and the Truth, the Way, and the Life!

In all honesty curious what you think when some one outside of Christianity gets healed, transformed and "redeemed"? examples: A Catholic Priest or a Jim Jones (non-biblical) drives out an evil spirit. A Benny Hinn (False teacher) cures a person with cancer. A person is transformed by attending a Todd Bentley (False teacher) service. And very curious what you think of Hank Hanegraaff (not sure, first that Ive seen as he's done)switches over to the Eastern Orthodox Church.

For me I’ll take the word of Jesus himself. He spoke more about Hell than anyone. The Bible over all talks more about Hell than it does Heaven. So then why would that be the case if you only ceased to exist. Whether we like it or not, the Bible talks about hell. In fact, no one in the Bible talks about hell more than Jesus. Now not only am I saved by grace but I finally am learning how to show my friends and others the truth of the gospel! I recently had a dream about him. It's kind of odd because I don't watch tv or keep up with Hollywood stuff. Could care less. He was walking away from someone that was a heavy influence on him. A woman. She was keeping him in some sort of limbo in his life and the strong need to pray for him was there when I woke up. That's been a couple of weeks ago.
The young man, Salvador, shows us a lesson. Ray, at 4 min 15 sec., gives Salvador evidence for God's existence. And yet at 9 min. 25 sec., Salvador says, "I'll be innocent, because there's no God," and at 10 min. 15 sec. he says, "Everything comes to an end and ceases to exist." What this shows us is that people - just like Salvador - can be brought to be aware of God's existence, and then, in the blink of eye, can revert straight back to their own previously held beliefs, in spite of the evidence they've just been shown. This is a perfectly observable human behavioral phenomenon demonstrating how deep is man's depravity.

However, since Ray Comfort gave Salvador a very brief explanation of evidence for the existence of God, in fact, one which can be enlarged upon with more sophisticated principles of logic, I'm not so sure we can characterize it as hypothetical.

He reminds me of the man on Beyond the Mask. In the movie, the hero spent his life trying to Redeemed himself, missing the mark everytime. Redemption belongs to the Lord. Only HE can redeem our sins. When HE was crucified, all the punishment was placed upon him... Your lies, lust..hate, blasphemy must be punished. Because God is Holy, HE cannot by HIS Very Nature allow sin into HIS kingdom. The Bible says these people will not be there in heaven. 1Corinth 6. But, HE provided the way. The punishment you deserved was placed upon Christ. He became Sin, that you might be Redeemed. What will you do with this Christ?

I have to say, as I listened to the host's interaction with these two beautiful people, I was struck with the loveliness of them both! The dark haired boy wearing white, is so beautiful, he cannot yet see, all the words he quoted - those concerning light photons and black holes - he initially used these to explain to the host with the mic, the reasons he had been taught and not proven to him as these are simply taken from thin air by those who have delved into the darkness of possibilities in our Universe, why he did not believe in God nor the Bible! He did not realize when speaking these words, he was simply quoting teachings he has never seen; never been in the midst of, and yet for him, a very lovely young man, they are more powerful than the Living Elohim [Hebrew, for the word God, plural, as in Father and Son, the Judeo-Christian Elohim]. Few today realize we are moving along a timeline on Earth which had a beginning, and thus, the early inhabitants of the Earth knew far more about the Earth THEN, than any knows today, as the multiplicity of false reasons exposed as to why we live on Earth has become so very skewed as we for the most part, have separated ourselves further and further away from our Creators, as those smartest in the fields of modern learning have all become simple propounders of deeply laid falsehoods which all speak outwardly or underhandedly against the truth of the Earth's creation, with eternal life given to our first parents, so long as they would live in obedience to the Sacred Laws of Eternal Life! The lovely young lady seemed to me, to be more "of the Arts," as her demeanor and verbal interaction seemed more of a humanistic quality, and although both were opened minded, and answered questions truthfully, although they were both beset by our painful human condition, the woman spoke to me of a vulnerability that touched my heart, and made me feel after this meeting with the host, she might likely be moved to seek after the information given in the video. Both however were genuine, and I would love to have the ability to mentor them in the Way of he Everlasting Gospel! Ben Affleck, a well-known actor, is caught by his past I believe, and I pray he will concentrate upon these words of Scripture, given unto us all by Yahushua HaMashiach: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29: TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU, AND LEARN OF ME; for I am meek and lowly in heart [And thus, I shall treat you as you have never before been treated with selfless love and understanding]: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30: For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11: 28 - 30, KJV, emphasis and insert in brackets, mine). When I came to open the words of the Bible - The Sacred Scriptures - I came as a man who had already planned his own demise, as money, wine, women and song was the manner of my life at the time, and had been for 12 long years - I was then 25! I had planned to commit suicide unless there was a change in my life, over the next year, and in the month of my planned demise in 1974, a friend came to my home, and brought me a Bible early next morning! I began to read, that very moment he left the Bible on my front steps, and over 45 years later, I live and love for Him Who gave all of himself for my miserable life of selfish choices! For me, the words of Matthew 11: 28 - 30, KJV, turned everything around, and I have since that time, lived for Him Who is sinless, and yet He loved ME, more than He loved himself, and gave up His life as My life, that I might have His perfect life as my own! As soon as I saw his interview I started praying for him! Let's all pray for his salvation and restoration of his family. God is working in his life and heart!
Please pray for me: I believe, have repented sincerely and placed my trust trust in Jesus but still have struggled with lust and addiction to pornography ever since I was young. I want to quit and hate it immensely, it has cost me everything at one point in my life. However, I only have been able to have victory over it for short periods at a time and I get drawn back in when I'm stressed, tired or in moments of weakness. I then binge till I can't stand it anymore. I had prayed and been honest to God asking him to help me quit so many times. I don't want to keep doing this and get so discouraged everytime I fall into this trap. I don't want to suffer the same pain of loss that I once experienced because of this behavior again. I feel certain that kind of loss would kill me this time. I want to trust that God loves me and forgives me but I wonder why I can't quit if God is with me and question my salvation sometimes but I don't know what else I can do....

Go on TH-cam and type in: RU Recovery Program. It's a Christian Recovery Program. Then Google and get a hold of any literature and workbooks the program puts out! There are sometimes local chapters at churches around the country you can join. I have seen it work in my own life, as I was with a guy I couldn't seem to get away from even though he was very dangerous and destructive to my life. You can Google the 9 principles of the program or maybe download them. If you pray and really commit yourself to them, God can use them to finally set you free! This program was started by a man named Steve Cunigham who was a Christian who struggled with addiction. There is hope! Be encouraged and check it out!!

It's a gift that can be refused, but it doesn't change the fact Christ is THE savior of the world. Scripture says so, e.g. Jon 3:17, 1 Timothy 1:15, 1 John 2:2. (Calvinists would disagree with the "can be refused" part, but that's beside the point in my opinion). It's an interesting and thought-provoking point of semantics though - thanks for the comment!

That difference is the allowance of free will so that we have a choice, and if we mistake our choices, He even grants us with forgiveness through the death of His Son Jesus Christ. This is because God understands how he made us.

In Biblical days , you would have to take a sacrificial animal to the high priest on the day of atonement (one day a year) , for remission of your sins. I lived saying I was a Christian and I think I was sincere just ‘not there yet’. When my conversion and salvation was finally made true, I happened upon this channel almost right away. I recently had a dream about him. It's kind of odd because I don't watch tv or keep up with Hollywood stuff. Could care less. He was walking away from someone that was a heavy influence on him. A woman. She was keeping him in some sort of limbo in his life and the strong need to pray for him was there when I woke up. That's been a couple of weeks ago.
I will never get tired of Ray Comfort! This man pulls no punches!
The young man, Salvador, shows us a lesson. Ray, at 4 min 15 sec., gives Salvador evidence for God's existence. And yet at 9 min. 25 sec., Salvador says, "I'll be innocent, because there's no God," and at 10 min. 15 sec. he says, "Everything comes to an end and ceases to exist." What this shows us is that people - just like Salvador - can be brought to be aware of God's existence, and then, in the blink of eye, can revert straight back to their own previously held beliefs, in spite of the evidence they've just been shown. This is a perfectly observable human behavioral phenomenon demonstrating how deep is man's depravity.

However, since Ray Comfort gave Salvador a very brief explanation of evidence for the existence of God, in fact, one which can be enlarged upon with more sophisticated principles of logic, I'm not so sure we can characterize it as hypothetical.

Redemption belongs to the Lord. Only HE can redeem our sins. When HE was crucified, all the punishment was placed upon him...
Your lies, lust..hate, blasphemy must be punished. Because God is Holy, HE cannot by HIS Very Nature allow sin into HIS kingdom. The Bible says these people will not be there in heaven. 1Corinth 6.
But, HE provided the way. The punishment you deserved was placed upon Christ. He became Sin, that you might be Redeemed.

I have to say, as I listened to the host's interaction with these two beautiful people, I was struck with the loveliness of them both! The dark haired boy wearing white, is so beautiful, he cannot yet see, all the words he quoted - those concerning light photons and black holes - he initially used these to explain to the host with the mic, the reasons he had been taught and not proven to him as these are simply taken from thin air by those who have delved into the darkness of possibilities in our Universe, why he did not believe in God nor the Bible! He did not realize when speaking these words, he was simply quoting teachings he has never seen; never been in the midst of, and yet for him, a very lovely young man, they are more powerful than the Living Elohim [Hebrew, for the word God, plural, as in Father and Son, the Judeo-Christian Elohim]. Few today realize we are moving along a timeline on Earth which had a beginning, and thus, the early inhabitants of the Earth knew far more about the Earth THEN, than any knows today, as the multiplicity of false reasons exposed as to why we live on Earth has become so very skewed as we for the most part, have separated ourselves further and further away from our Creators, as those smartest in the fields of modern learning have all become simple propounders of deeply laid falsehoods which all speak outwardly or underhandedly against the truth of the Earth's creation, with eternal life given to our first parents, so long as they would live in obedience to the Sacred Laws of Eternal Life!
I am a simple man, 70 years of age, who has lived for the Father and the Son - Yahuwah Eloah Almighty, and His Son, Yahushua Messiah - for nearly 46 years. For the first 25 of those years, I was more profoundly atheistic than either of these two dear guests interviewed I would say, likely on University campuses. The young man seems to be reaching into higher-learning in the sciences, and these areas are those most deeply filled with straight-out so-called scientific lies! The lovely young lady seemed to me, to be more "of the Arts," as her demeanor and verbal interaction seemed more of a humanistic quality, and although both were opened minded, and answered questions truthfully, although they were both beset by our painful human condition, the woman spoke to me of a vulnerability that touched my heart, and made me feel after this meeting with the host, she might likely be moved to seek after the information given in the video. Both however were genuine, and I would love to have the ability to mentor them in the Way of he Everlasting Gospel!

For me, the words of Matthew 11: 28 - 30, KJV, turned everything around, and I have since that time, lived for Him Who is sinless, and yet He loved ME, more than He loved himself, and gave up His life as My life, that I might have His perfect life as my own! That TRUTH never gets too old; never gets less powerful!

Please pray for me: I believe, have repented sincerely and placed my trust trust in Jesus but still have struggled with lust and addiction to pornography ever since I was young. I want to quit and hate it immensely, it has cost me everything at one point in my life. However, I only have been able to have victory over it for short periods at a time and I get drawn back in when I'm stressed, tired or in moments of weakness. I then binge till I can't stand it anymore. I had prayed and been honest to God asking him to help me quit so many times. I don't want to keep doing this and get so discouraged everytime I fall into this trap. I don't want to suffer the same pain of loss that I once experienced because of this behavior again. I feel certain that kind of loss would kill me this time. I want to trust that God loves me and forgives me but I wonder why I can't quit if God is with me and question my salvation sometimes but I don't know what else I can do....

Go on TH-cam and type in: RU Recovery Program. It's a Christian Recovery Program. Then Google and get a hold of any literature and workbooks the program puts out! There are sometimes local chapters at churches around the country you can join. I have seen it work in my own life, as I was with a guy I couldn't seem to get away from even though he was very dangerous and destructive to my life. You can Google the 9 principles of the program or maybe download them. If you pray and really commit yourself to them, God can use them to finally set you free! This program was started by a man named Steve Cunigham who was a Christian who struggled with addiction. There is hope! Be encouraged and check it out!!
