Para SF is the oldest (Neé Meghdoots) since 1966, Marcos came in 1987, and Garuda came in 2003 or 2004. All three are individually capable and trained for executing Mission Ops across all Air, Land, and Sea. They do have specialised functions as well which demarcates the jurisdiction and territory of these services but when called upon in unison.. they can and do work together.
I met a twin brother in Punjab. One of them was in Para SF & other in MARCOS. Both are at their peak of mental & physical fitness. Don't bother to compare, both MARCOS & Para SF serves for our India🇮🇳
I disagree. Every special forces on third dimension officers and soldiers bravely volunteer for ground, medic, navigation, qualified Paratrooper and deep sea divers. Synergy is already in place when Cadets start the training from day joined national Defence Academy Khadakwasla Pune Maharashtra. I do not feel there is gap between forces. Remember we are going to celebrate 25th silver jubilee of Kargil War. Operation Vijay launched by Indian Army Operation safedsagar by Indian Air force and operation talwar by Indian Navy. Undoubtedly integration in forces are absolutely fantastic 😍🇮🇳
Good for entertainment but in reality it’s not possible. SF’s have different level of trainings where as ground level soldiers and pilots have different.
